This location was going out of business so there weren't a lot of options to choose from. I should give it one star but I understand the circumstances

Heard it is closing and I understand why...The quality food was no there...Sorry to have this experience it was at one time a fun place to go.

They had plenty of tables but wouldn't seat us for our reservation. Told us to go to the outback

We arrived earlier 2 hours earlier than our reservation time, and the staff manages to get us seated within 20 minutes. Our server was attentive although the restaurant was bustling. The manager on duty did a great job directing the staff and addressing the patrons concerns. Overall great experience.

Came here for the Georgia Florida game for the atmosphere and of course the wings. Everything was great, the server was okay she could have been more attentive but it was busy. They have an amazing kitchen staff and I would definitely be returning again soon!

I made my reservation through Open Table. When I stated that upon arrival, the hostess said she will take care of that. They directed me to a table. I was suspicious as they did not check my arrival on the screen so I stopped at the desk on my way out to make sure they registered my showing up. They assured me it was done. A day later I see an email that TGI Fridays cancelled my reservation. This is, obviously, totally unacceptable!

Service was horrible and we come here often. Our party of 10 was seated quickly but clearly the server was overwhelmed or inexperienced. VERY slow getting food out and my order was the usual Bucket of Bones with garlic parm wings which they put buffalo sauce on THEN tried to fix it by adding garlic over it. I asked see her She told me it comes mixed like that...no it doesn't. One of our chairs had to be put at the top/head of the table since the column was where they were supposed to sit, meaning you crammed TWO large parties into that one space back there. Two of my guests asked for no tomatoes on their burger but they were on them anyway. Drinks were extremely slow, refills as well. First time in a long time but enough for us to say no more group gatherings...oh and with the crappy service we still got a huge "service charge", i.e. gratuity on each bill but also had suggested "gratuity" amounts listed...had I not asked about the charge the teens I brought in would have double tipped when they barely wanted to tip at all! We had to ask for refills, ranch, napkins and eating utensils...SERIOUSLY, how were we supposed to EAT?!? No plates for the appetizers, etc...
