   The food wasn't that great. My daughter and I ordered chicken tenders. They weren't seasoned and lukewarm. My daughter hardly had any fries at all. Everything with our food was so so.

   When we arrived, they did not have our Open Table reservations, even though I had confirmation on my phone. No worries, they sat us pretty quickly. They have padded chairs that were so low, we all felt like little kids sitting at the grown up table. Food and service was great. We will definitely go back.

   The hostess sat is next to two mother's with obnoxious out of control and loud children. Our waitress was ok. However she only brought our drinks, put in our order, checked on us once and brought our check. A manager brought out our appetizer and another waitress brought out our food. The restaurant was not busy and our food was not that good.

    Kitchen was extremely slow to the point that the waitress comped our apps! Otherwise, the food was good and the other service points were wonderful.

    When we arrived they did not have our reservation. They also did not honor the receipt showing that we had a reservation through Open Table. The service was lousy and we had to ask for things multiple times and still did not receive what we requested. We will not be returning to TGIFridays again, this location or any other location for that matter.

    Made reservations for Christmas Day but it wasn't really needed. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. Food was good and we had a nice time.

    I didn't have a meal at Fridays. After making my reservation I received a call from Open Table over 90 minutes later, after I drove from Baltimore to Bel Air saying that the restaurant was closed. The person on the phone apologized for not calling earlier, which did not help me considering I was 5 minutes from the restaurant after a 40 minute drive. I called my date and rescheduled for Applebee's. Open Table dropped the ball on this one.

    My daughter Danielle had just Graduated from High School that night. That's where she wanted to go. Our Waitress was awesome. Quick and patient with us as well. Big thank you for everything.

    It's TGI Fridays. The food was what you would expect. The Jack Daniels steak and ribs were what I expected from a chain restaurant, Good but not like a fine dining establishment. Downside was I was served an uncooked side of broccoli. Once I brought this to my severs attention, I was promptly brought a cooked replacement. Brianna, our server started out really good and attentive but by the end of my dining experience, she seemed busy and overwhelmed. Not sure if the Bel Air location is under staffed but by the time I was ready to go the service was not great. Better than my prior 2-3 visits but still need a lot of improvement.

    Place was packed on a Friday night. Appetizers were late and came right before the entrees showed up. Manager took care of that problem quickly and the server was great. Couldn't use stripes points because Friday's website wouldn't give a redemption code, would only show how many points you had. Manager gave us credit for them anyway. Overall pretty good for a night when they were packed. Food was good. We will be back.
