Important Booking requirements for your reservation:
-Reservations on the patio are weather permitting
-In the event of rain, you will be asked to either move indoors to continue dining or all food may be packaged to go and we will require payment upon presentation of final bill
-Masks are required indoors for all guests
-Out by time required for all reservations (1.5 hours for groups of 2ppl, 2 hours for groups of 3-6ppl). Please don’t be late as out by times will not be adjusted. Be mindful that someone has booked your table after you
-We ask that only 1 guest enter and check in for entire party as to not fill the lobby
-Please review our safety precau

It’s a cool building but our table was upstairs In a section that seemed like an afterthought. Service was good at first but once our food came out I had to hunt around for somebody to bring me another drink. The food was just okay. It’s obvious that they try to pump people in and out quickly because our meal came before we finished our appetizer. Not overly interested in going back.
Had a lovely dinner date here! Waitress was super friendly and our delicious food came promptly. Made a reservation and had to wait a little bit to be seated but not long at all! Definitely make a reservation, it’s always busy in here!

The food and service was excellent however when we arrived for our reservation which was at 7:45pm we had to wait one hour outside to be seated. Very unhappy with that.
Overpriced dishes, I had truffle pasta and it was tasteless and quantity was very small.
Plus we booked the table, arrived on time and had to way more than 30 min to be seated.
First and last time we will go to this place.
Terrible experience. Booked a reservation for 7:45 and we weren’t seated until 8:30. When we asked the hostess why there was such a delay she said our name fell off the list. Service was abysmal, as once waiter took our order we did not see him again for 1h20 minutes. Never got asked if we wanted to refresh our drinks or if we wanted more water. Food is subpar and definitely not worth the money.
The fried calamari did not come with a dipping sauce, it was well cooked just missed that dip.
we asked for the pizza to be well done, we had to send it back to cook longer as it was under done.
the Tonnarelli alla norcina was also undercooked and not al dente and we were unable to taste the black truffle
the Garganelli Geppetto was also under cooked.
Waiter and service was great.
Service was very slow, food was cold, and there was a time limit on the table making it challenging to enjoy the dinner

Great place for some mid
The food was very blah, i have been here may times, but the food used to be much better. it seemed more like canadian style italian food this time around.
I wont be going back for awhile. Also the wait staff was also very Blah, lack or enthusiasm or excitement made the place even more boring and blah.

Took nearly half an hour to be seated even though we had a reservation. Then we left because we didn’t get served after another half hour seated at the table. A dirty table next to us wasn’t cleaned for the entirety of the time, so we could tell service was backlogged. They need to manage flow better or not make as many tables/reservations available.

The food was good but it was cold. They didn't give us any cutlery until 10 minutes after our food was already served. We waited with food sitting in front of us!! Turns out there wasn't any clean cutlery. The servers seemed really busy. With the pandemic, they might be understaffed? I've been to other Terroni locations that were great.. too bad about this experience.

We arrived early for our reservation and were seated immediately, however it took 30 minutes before we could flag down a server to speak to us. This was before 5 pm and it was not busy. We had to grab a server from another section who was super helpful but also run off her feet. Our appetizers were long finished before our mains order was taken. I had the sea bass which was totally underwhelming, served with some mixed greens salad and was presented skin side up. For $28, I expected some effort with the sides. The other meals were great but overall very disappointing from a restaurant I've been going to for over 20 years.

Enjoyed a date night on the back patio. Service was phenomenal, but we found our meal a little underwhelming (I come from an Italian family of great cooks). Enjoyed the beet and chickpea salad, and arugula mushroom salad to start. Both were a little underdressed. I had the Senza Limone (gluten-free pasta with lemon/spinach/capers) which I enjoyed, but it could have used a bit more cheese. My partner had the simple marinara rigatoni pasta with zucchini and cherry tomatoes. He enjoyed it, but the pasta was a touch too al dente. However, our server was fast, polite and friendly, which we are always appreciative of.

Not organized, no communication-Had to wait in a huge line for 15 minutes even with a reservation. Decent food ,good server, nice room- very loud. Asked about special occasion online prior- but made no mention at all at the meal- what’s the point? I got the feeling we were supposed to be lucky we were there. 😕

Always great service. Was dismayed that l had to wait in a queue for 15 minutes even though l had a reservation!? My branzino came with a super, unimaginative lame side. The kids love the vibe.

We had a lovely lunch! Some parts of the restaurant were closed off so the tables were quite close, but separated with plexiglass.

Waited almost half an hour past our reservation time for a table. Host was confused and ineffective. Was told they are very short staffed.
Food was cold when it arrived.
Overall, not a great experience. Prior to covid this was a good restaurant, not anymore.

Resos at 8. Got seated closer to 8:20. Was extremely busy and sat at the outside back patio. Our server looked super swamped which is to not fault of theirs but there was a little wait. Despite that he was energetic and attentive to our table and just overall had good energy. Tried the tagliatelle bolognese and the pappardelle iosa and the calamari. All were wonderful but next time I’m def ordering the iosa. Cute casual girls night out vibes would come again for sure just at a less busy time

Terroni is absolutely one of my favourite restaurants in the city. I’ve been lucky enough to go 4 times since restrictions eased a few months ago! My only complaint is now even with indoor dining being told we have an hour and a half. Not necessary and doesn’t start us off feeling very welcome. I brought this up asking if they will keep saying this and very quickly the host had an answer that everyone wants to eat there. Just didn’t feel right.

We arrived for our reservation on time and were told that they were running behind schedule and we would have to wait 20 minutes outside before being seated.
The pasta was prepared molto el dente without even giving us the option of having it cooked to our preference. If that's the only way it's served at this restaurant, it would have been nice if the server mentioned it when we were ordering, as I'm sure all the guests in our party would have just stuck to the pizzas.
The service was slow. Our appetizers were dropped off to the table and we had to ask for plates, which took another 15 minutes to get.
The pizza comes as a whole, without scissors to cut it with, and it was tough to cut into the hard crust with just the cutlery.
Service was horrible. Had a reservation and had to wait thirty minutes for a table and then another thirty minutes until we actually got served
All five pasta entrées our party ordered was undercooked and hard, not appetizing at all. The drink menu stated the Niasca beverage is 355mL when the bottle itself says it was only 250mL. The calamari appetizer came out in a reasonable amount of time, but the entrées took an extremely long time to come out and this was not even at peak dinner time. Everything was pretty mediocre at best, with the pizzas being better than the pasta, but still nothing to warrant a visit. Choose the many other Italian restaurants in the area to get your fix.

We were there for a friends birthday. The food came quick but it wasn’t cooked well. Pasta was largely undercooked for multiple people. Cocktails were average but at 15$ a pop, more was expected. For the price we paid, we could have enjoyed many other places in the city.

The dining room on the main floor was soooo dark. Waitress couldn’t care less.
Great Italian spot with an excellent wine selection. Good pasta and pizza choices. A wonderful dinner spot. The patio is also fantastic.
