   Everything started out great. Our family of five was seated on-time, server was attentive, drinks and apps came quickly and delish! Once the main courses were served, our server disappeared. I was kissing a fork, my wife and I wanted another glass of wine and we were all low on water. The meals were all extensively covered in meat sauce and took away from the look of the dishes, but more importantly the taste. It was like the chef was trying to cover up something else. The sauces were bland and the Gnocchi was under-cooked. Not al dente, but tough. My wife’s pasta was under whelming. Our server came back when we were all done and by then, no more need for wine or other items. Side-note: there was a table of four seated next to us and they sat for 15 mins and were never attended to and walked out.

   Always consistently very good. Salads are fresh, calamari is tender, spaghetti is al dente and very reminiscent of pasta in Italy, sauces are delicious. Pizzas, chicken parmigiana and pork are all delicious. The pasta with sausage and escarole is my personal favorite.

   To start, our waiter wasn’t very present & seemed like it maybe it had been a long day. We sat for a while before getting our drinks and once those came the sodas were gross, flat and we were told nothing could be done about it so we stuck to water. The appetizers came fast and were pretty good (the best food we had in the end) Our dinner came faster than the appetizers and 3 out of our 4 entrees were a cream based. The 4th meal was a red sauce and that looked phenomenal! It had a beautiful crust in the cheese, it looked like someone took time to make it. The cream dishes were disappointing. They looked like frozen meals that had been reheated. They had zero color, there is no way they were sautéed at all. They had zero taste and were completely watered down. In the end, the waiter took off 1 of those cream based dishes because it wasn’t eaten but the other 2 people in our party nibbled on theirs. Overall, I get we were in a touristy area but the prices you are charging for a Disney springs restaurant were way inflated for the sub par food we received. I can make a better Alfredo at home. It was my birthday and it was a pretty disappointing dinner out and I’m not sure we would come again. With all of that, we expected for a manager to come over at some point seeing as our waiter had to comp both our drinks that were flat and our dinner but no one ever came and it didn’t seem like anyone cared including the waiter.

   This restaurant is over rated and and not worth the money. Yes. They have the location in Disney Springs and the ambiance is good. But the food was poor. It was served cold and the beer was warm. These should be the easy things to get right. Trust me. Save your money.

    Our experience was good/fine. It’s hard to rate it great when it is so crowded and you are paying $30 for spaghetti bolognese that isn’t outstanding. Service was very good and attentive. Food was good, not great, and expensive… but every sit down restaurant at Disney Springs is expensive.

    Appetizer tower was fantastic and great value for the cost. Large portions. The gnocchi was pillow soft and perfectly cooked. Pasta Primavera was good but really a marinara sauce versus a garlic sauce, as described. Bread was wonderful and beverages plentiful. We will be back!

    We should not have to wait more than 15 min after your reservation time. We waited almost over half an hour to be seated. With two hungry children and a late reservation booked this was not acceptable. Apparently at Disney anywhere reservations do not mean a thing. Staff up front was short, but once we got to our table service improved and food was great. Not sure if it was because we were hangry but it tasted fresh.

    Third time to Terralina Crafted Italian restaurant. First trip was outstanding. Second, not so much...service was poor and food lacking. This trip was outstanding both in food quality and service.

    Arrived early due to transportation gods smiling upon us and were seated within 5 minutes! Waiter was excellent (sorry forgetting name), food very good (chicken Parmesan, spaghetti bolognese, artichoke chicken, beet salad with salmon), excellent Chardonnay and Pinot noir. Highly recommend!!!

    The mussels were great but the main dishes were very bland. I know how expensive everything at Disney is, but a $9 corona is like going to a stadium event lol. The amount spent for my son and I for dinner was not worth the experience.

    Wonderful service to accompany a delicious meal. Thoroughly enjoyed the caprese and penne alfredo. My husband and I split the dishes and I’m glad we did. I was able to save room for cannolis!

    If it wasn’t for having a gift card to use at this place - I would have probably demanded my money back. While the service was good, the food was very bland, had no flavor, and ridiculously overpriced for the lack of taste and food quality - even if it is in Disney Springs.

    The service was amazing and accommodated our dietary restrictions. The price for the appetizers and entrees were smaller than expected for the price we paid but the taste was great. In general a great restaurant if your in the area and to have a good break from all the fast food.

    It was the first time eating at Terralina and I expect to return in the future. The atmosphere was great as was the menu selection. Two of the party had pasta and they really enjoyed it even though the seafood fettucine had 3 mussels that did not open during cooking. Seems like they should remove them. I had the mushroom/bacon pizza and LOVED it! No red sauce, nice and buttery/garlicky and the crust was perfect. Also had bruschetta which was yummy. The waiter was not all that warm and welcoming when greeting us at the table and seemed kind of snippy, but he did relax during the meal. (Could've been a rough day.) Delightful and we'll be back!
