We just love this place. The food is always on point, the seasonal brunch menu is fresh and delish. It was a gin-forward day (pop-up for flavored gins) and that made special cocktails fun. Sitting outdoors on the roof is a blessing. And we've tested Terra with foodie hipster friends, families including teens and my Ladies-Who-Lunch crew. Highly recommend!

Made a reservation for 7:15pm for 2 people. We were quickly seated, within 5 min in the area requested (outside patio). Loved seeing the open view of the wood-fired kitchen, as well as city views from our table. Our food was hot and delicious - almond wood taste in every bite, but not overwhelming. Kevin was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I had a question about the capers and he found the answer. The whole waitstaff were very professional and the lights strung throughout really gave the patio an Amalfi Coast vibe. It was my birthday weekend during this visit, so I was treated to a beautiful Tiramisu with a twist/trick. What an awesome surprise!

The last time we went for lunch, it was a weekend and the brunch was overpriced and mediocre. This follow-up visit was on a Friday and what a difference! From the service to the food to the cocktails, it was all stellar. Simply a delicious and very enjoyable meal!

Other then the 40 steps up to the restaurant being that it is rooftop. So pleasant and enjoyable! The waitstaff are personable and very attentive! We each had a salad with grilled chicken. My husband had a salad with oranges and mine had grilled pears. We each had a glass of Prosecco that was a very generous pour. Eataly is such a wonderful gastronomic experience and this was a definite highlight

From the moment we arrived it was a treat. The hosts at the front were smiling and perfect. They both acknowledged me and worked together to check me in and whisked us to our table. They had even sent me a text letting me know our table was ready 10 min earlier than our reservation time in case we were close by. What a nice perk. Thank you! Our server was fantastic. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable and he made suggestions and recommendations when asked. He spoke personally and with passion for the food. No scripts or canned impersonal replies here. We each ordered our mains and although sadly they were out of the Skewers - I was so excited to try them! We were both going to try them. (Min order is 2 ppl). But not our night. Strange they’d run out by 8 pm on a Tuesday night. Oh well. Next time. The pastas were good. My mushroom ragout was just ok. Not as rich and creamy as I’d expect. Lacking in salt or any real flavor, it was just ok. My partners pasta with tomatoes and Parmesan was much better. But the winning item was the little gems salad to start - oh and the bread with two kinds of butter. Both amazing. The salad was an incredible burst of flavors and freshness. A meal on its own. With the bread on the side you’d be able to have desert. The outdoor seating is the best. The view is great. No street noise since one is up so high. They have plenty of heaters so no worries about freezing. I hung my jacket on my chair back. Hi see t a great place to go for dinner anytime. Solo. as a couple or as part of a large group. We saw several tables with 10+ diners. Park in the lot directly under Eataly. Enter off of Ave of the Stars. First driveway entrance on your right just south of Santa Monica Blvd. As you enter, stay to your right. Go in and stay in the lot on the first level. It’s the best lot in the mall. It ALWAYS has spots, direct elevator access to Eataly or the mall. Escalator too. And no aimlessly walking around that lot! GO! Enjoy! And Mangia!

Underwhelming. Steak was flavorful but too fatty, white asparagus was woody and I was well into meal before my dinner wine arrived. New York and Chicago Eataly restaurants are much better.

Felt like we were ignored most of our dinner, which we were there to celebrate our anniversary. Had to flag down our waiter on multiple occasions. He seemed extremely overwhelmed. Also had a different person clear plates from our appetizers and brought us by the dessert menu as if trying to rush us when we were still waiting for our server to take our dinner order. Not a great experience.

We had an awesome lunch outside on the patio. The food was delicious as was the wine, and the service was on point. We ordered the bread, the beef carpaccio, octopus, the trumpet mushrooms, and the chicken arrosticini (skewers). Everything was delicious. Can’t wait to go back to try some more stuff!

Always a fabulous lunch. Service is attentive but not overbearing, food came out relatively quickly (sometimes sit down lunch places are either too fast or too slow, and this was neither); no pressure to leave, highly recommended.

We dined previously at Terra as well as La Pizza La Pasta at Eataly and we decided that Terra would be the perfect spot for Mother’s Day Brunch. We were greeted warmly and shown to our table by Walter. The level of service he provided was unlike any we had experienced in recent memory. From beginning to end, just a consummate professional whose kindness and knowledge of Terra’s menu and methods was vast. We were also checked up on by Carlos, one of the hospitality managers who delighted my mother-in-law (as well as well as ourselves) with jokes and conversation. From appetizers, to coffee and dessert, this was a memorable and wonderful meal. We will certainly be back!

We waited for 25 minutes to be seated, yes, with a confirmed reservation. The staff is not trained, they don't know what to do, a complete chaos. The management is non existent, going around asking if everything was fine, we said not really, totally ignored and moved on. Do not come with a party of 2 around 7pm, do yourself a favor, have a great dinner down the street at Nerano. Superior food, impeccable service.
