   Generally the food is good at Terra. Last night my friend and I ordered the pasta dish with spring vegetables in the sauce with radishes and it was very salty, too salty to really enjoy. The portion of the entree was that of an appetizer. So we ordered a salad after we finished the entree just to feel like we had eaten dinner. I used to think that the value of eating there was good but I no longer think that. The food is expensive for the portions, customers pay an added line charge on their bill of 4% for the employees health insurance and now the food can be a miss rather than a consistent hit. It is also a very noisy place to where we couldn't hear the waiter talk to us in the beginning. Becoming pretty disappointed.

   This was a convenient option for a pre-theater dinner. Our entrees were very good, but portions were surprisingly small. The rolls from the appetizer menu were really bad - dense and cold. The experience was overall fine, but expensive for what we got and nothing spectacular

   Food was great but over priced and portions were VERY small. If that’s your expectation from the start then maybe it’s ok, otherwise $30 for a small appetizer-sized entree is very disappointing. Good for an expensive snack, but this is the first time we’ve left to go to a second restaurant to get more food after spending $100 on two drinks and two minuscule entrees. We luckily gave ourselves enough time before the show we were going to eat second dinner elsewhere.

   Our experience was not good. We had 6 pm seating and theater tickets for 7:30. We told the waiter. The restaurant was nearly empty at that time. We did not get our food until 50 minutes and after we asked again to be served. One of the dishes was cold and the others lukewarm when they were all supposed to be hot. The rolls we paid for were dry.

   We had a wonderful time! We loved the decor and everyone we interacted with was so welcoming and helpful. Hard pressed to pick favorites, I'd say the porchetta, the stacked potato and the bass we the very best, but everything was delicious. Least favorite were the desserts, which we thought lacked imagination (but part of the problem was that we were stuffed from all the other goodies). The wine list was great and one of our party found a new favorite gin. An altogether delightful evening! We'll definitely be back!

    Delicious brunch. French press coffee was tasty. Had reservations and seated and waited on immediately. Pleasant burn on-intrusive staff. Bright, modern interior and comfortable booth.

    I went for Denver restaurant week and the staff was extremely helpful. They even did me the favor of blue cheese stuffing green olives by hand for my dirty martini! So good!!

    Horrible experience, Denver Restaurant Week is a joke, especially after Covid. There was so much potential to get butts back in seats, this week fell short. This menu fell short. I shouldn't have had to ask for salt. Just sayin.

    Terra was a real treat! Each dish was unique, flavorful, and interesting. The servers were pleasant, asked intuitive questions, and were always there when needed. We will definately be back.

    Visited Terra for Denver Restaurant week, and wasn’t overly impressed. Everything was just “okay.” We arrived as a party of 5 on a Tuesday night. Overall the restaurant seemed fairly empty, but it was the middle of the week and quiet downtown so we didn’t think anything of it. We enjoyed the ambiance and the service. The drinks were good, but cocktails were no less than $17 each. The food left something to be desired. I ordered the “vegetable” selection of the Denver Restaurant Week menu which came with 4 dishes followed by a choice of strawberry shortcake or chocolate cake for dessert: 1. Marinated Cheese Curds With Citrus, Basil And Chili Oil 2. Potato Pave And Smoked Yogurt And Herb Salad 3. Mushrooms And Asparagus With Fusilli, Spring Vegetable Sugo And Herbs 4. Local Greens And Ricotta Cannelloni With Pepper Puree And Carrot Puree Overall everything was okay. The Fusilli pasta was easily my favorite, and the ricotta cannelloni was most disappointing. We were so excited when the server allowed us to order off the Denver Restaurant Week menu and allow us to get a dozen of the oysters under the “Fish” menu, and they were very disappointing. Granted I’ve had oysters at great places like Water Grill, Blue Island, Angelo’s, but these were so gross that I didn’t eat more than 1. Again, great service but just okay food and drinks, especially considering the price.

    During Restaurant Week I usually lower my expectations as the restaurants are usually swamped. We arrived for our reservation at 7:30 and the restaurant was about two thirds full although very noisy. We were taken to a table in the back where my view was the wall with two paintings and a sold sign. We ordered and before our cocktails arrived we were served our starter course. I knew we were in trouble. Cocktails were served and we ate our starters. After that service was very slow and we didn’t receive our entrees until 9:00. Even though the restaurant was nowhere near full noise level was very high. Food quality was fine but my Bass portion was about 2” square. As a veteran of many Restaurant Weeks and a former restaurant employee I believe the restaurants do a disservice to themselves when not serving their normal food.

    It was restaurant week and I ordered the fish menu. Was shocked when the first course came was a single oyster in a bowl of ice. No sauce, no crackers just a single oyster! My dinner companions had the meat menu and had nice sized portions of pate, bread and pickled veggies. Then the second course came…I got an albacore crudo , maybe 1 inch by 1 inch while my companions had a healthy portion of salad. My last course was delicious and perfectly portioned ( the striped bass). But all in all, I was not satisfied with my meal.

    The food and service were outstanding. The best ciopinno I have had in Colorado. Every piece of seafood was cooked to perfection. The toast of the day was shaved prime rib mixed with broccolini. To die for! I can’t wait to go back again, next time before a show.

    Went for an anniversary dinner and they made it so special!We loved everything we ate but the tortellini and the limoncello really stood out. Our server (Ian) was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

    The food was excellent at Terra but we had to wait forever to get it. They definitely need more servers and the kitchen needs to get the food out quicker. It took so long the table next to us left before getting their food.

    We were a tad late for our reservation but were sat immediately. We were given water within the first few minutes. After about 10 minutes our waiter got our soda order. We then sat for another 15 minutes waiting. Our waiter passed us multiple times and never stopped to talk to us or even make eye contact. We ended up leaving because after 25 minutes we had not even put in our apps order. It was a huge bummer, as the menu looked so good!

    Loved dining at Terra! Found a beautiful and unique wine to enjoy, the bread and butter board was so fun and definitely were surprised by the pickle plate!! The Salmon entree really knocked it out of the park for us, great all around!

    As usual, the food was outstanding. But we were greatly disappointed to find the "regular" menu very restricted, with about half of the posted offerings either not being available last night or sold out. The website touts both the regular menu and the Valentine's Day menu, but doesn't reveal that the kitchen would not prepare many of the regular menu items while the VD menu was being offered. Having based our decision to reserve at Terra on the web published menus, we felt ambushed by the limited offerings.

    I had high hopes for our dining experience at Terra. Unfortunately, our experience was "meh." On the upside the food was good. The service was poor. We had reservations at 5:15 PM. It was a Saturday evening and it felt as though we were being rushed along to finish our meals. And the staff wasn't even being tactful about it. Here's a tip: list more of the items in the selections. I was surprised when the Baby Kale salad arrived with slices of salami. The salami was not listed as one of the included items.

    The menu is limited and we weren’t very impressed at first, but then we got our drinks and mine was amazing! I ordered, ‘We Always Wear Pink on Wednesdays’ and my husband ordered a beer. Next, we received our food. The food was SO delicious! Very impressed!! I had the salmon with the side of broccoli rabe and my husband had the pork chop with a carrot and blue cheese side. Very well prepared. I had to order dessert to see if it was just as scrumptious and it was!!! We had the cheesecake - one of the best I have ever had. Totally recommend this place.

    Dinner before theater was a mistake because most tables were full of theater diners with the same agenda. Dine and dash! We were assured that the 1 1/4 hours we had to dine was not a problem. We got our dinner 10 minutes before we had said we had to leave. Food was delicious, wish I could have eaten more of it. The service was great but stressed because of kitchen backup. Will definitely go again but not before a play!
