   A fun place. Excellent for celebrations as the staff really get involved in the party; taking it to a higher level. Excellent entertainment. The desserts were exceptional. The food was OK. High energy background music. Pricey.

   Eclectic menu and the food is solid. Ceviche and fish carpaccio very good. Very solid and huge paella that is expensive but could feed four people. I think the food and drinks are overpriced … you are paying for the party ambiance but again a bit pricey for what it is but at least the food is good and everyone is friendly. Good place for a celebration if you like sparklers!

   Slow service, server is not as attentive as they should. I’ve been to taboo in tulum and cancun. Their food is always amazing and would always go back except for Cabo location, they don’t prioritize you unless you spend big money on them. Overall, good food & good scenic views but horrible service.

   We ordered the Alaskan King crab legs and beef carpaccio. The crab was very salty and expensive. The beef carpaccio was good. They also brought a dessert for my husband’s birthday. Good atmosphere

   Taboo was an amazing dinner experience! The ambience, food, entertainment, and service is stellar. We celebrated my friend's birthday and the manager, Christian, and staff accommodated us throughout the entire evening. One of the highlights of the the night was the live violinist who serenaded us as we dined. I highly recommend dinner here and look forward to visiting again soon!

    El que este resort, que se propone como un negocio muy fino se aprovechen de la ignorancia de los turistas es muy decepcionante. Esto también sucedió en su restaurante mamazziittaaa para nuestra cena la noche anterior. Se sabe que se tiene que gastar para disfrutar de nuestra estancia pero me hubiera encantado que cuanto y como iba a gastar fuera mi decisión y no una manipulación de sus empleados. El hotel esta precioso pero la experencia fue tan horrible, que solo nos dejo un sabor amargo.

    The atmosphere is amazing, but the service this time could not have been worse. Our waiter didn’t know if they even had wine, let alone what a Cabernet or a Merlot was. He couldn’t understand English enough to help and forgot several orders at the table. Along with forgetting orders one of the drinks took over 30 minutes to get. When the waiter poured our wine, the bottle ran out, so that was all that we received. Barely a fourth of a glass, but still charged the $38 for the glass. So disappointing because I love this place and couldn’t wait to take my friends. I was really disappointed and so were they. Atmosphere is great, but if your service is bad - it ruins the entire not. It was truly chaotic. :(

    Went here for my bday and everything was superb except the host who was seating us. She made no effort to accommodate us with a table. After we found one on our own, the rest of the night was a great experience, per usual!

    There were so many servers running around, but no one took care of our needs when we needed anything. The food was good, but nothing spectacular to make one return. It was very expensive. People mainly go for the ambiance.

    We got overcharged. The bill did not make sense. We paid 250 usd for 6 tacos and 3 shrimp. Crazy expensive. I feel ripped off. The bill did not add up I feel scammed.

    Have heard tons of reviews that the food is not good but decided to give it a try anyway. I’ve been to the one in Tulum and that was decent so i wanted to try. Extremely overpriced. Menu isn’t extensive and truly doesn’t have good choices. The food is very mediocre and not sure why because they make it sound okay on the menu. Next morning i had crazy bubble guts to the point i was in pain. This only happened after i ate here. While I’m all for the vibe i went on a Wednesday and it wasn’t lively at all. Really had high hopes but it was underwhelming to say the least

    Came here to celebrate our 30th and they were able to comfortable accommodate our group of 20! The vibes are amazing, great staff, and pretty good food! Our only complaint was that half the menu was not available but we still had a wonderful time. HIGHLY recommend. It was such a fun dinner!!

    We traveled to Cabo from Nashville,TN for my aunts 55th birthday and my moms 60th birthday. Everything was over the top amazing. Javier was our server and he was amazing. He served our party of 10 with excellence. I was here in may 2022 and there were fireworks, so I missed the fireworks last night(Jan 27,2023). I will be back very soon though.

    We went here for my friends birthday and they had like 5 people who we thought where working poolside there just all come over to surprise her with cake and sparklers at our table. The atmosphere was really amazing. It was so relaxing, refreshing, and the scenery was so beautiful. The waiter was so great and attentive. A+ Japanese quality service. He even ran over when he noticed that I was going to pour my own glass of champagne. So good! I can’t recommend this place enough. I will come back for sure!

    Ambience and setting were AMAZING. Drinks were very good. Food presentation was amazing but the food itself was so overcooked that it was really bad which was a huge disappointment. No one even asked us how the food was or were curious why more than half was left on the serving platters. The mgr did come over with the check and we did share our thoughts. Interestingly enough he took a couple of items off the bill but left the most expensive on. He should have taken off the items that were bad- not the cheap ones.

    Celebrated my friend’s 60th birthday. We chose an 5:45 seating in order to slip over to Funky Monkey for cocktail as well. We had spectacular service until two large groups showed up then our servers were a little MIA. The professionalism top notch. They pay so much attention to detail from every aspect of the decor ambiance to the water served in an ice bucket adorned with fresh grapes. Food and cocktail were amazing. They brought a pice of cake with sparkle era and sang to my my friend. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely an adult environment.

    Went for dinner the last night of vacation. This restaurant has a fantastic vibe, entertainment factor and service levels. Can be very expensive. Our bill for 5, with tip was $900 USD. We did have a bottle of champagne with a birthday celebration.
