Sushi by Bou Gold Coast is a timed Omakase experience located in the Claridge House (1244 N Dearborn Pkwy, Chicago, IL 60610). This location is *NOT* the Sushi Boutique. Parties of 1-4 will be reserved with our Signature $50/per person 30-minute Omakase. Parties of 5 or more will be reserved for the Bougie Package, a longer $100/per person 60-minute Omakase seating! The Bougie Package is REQUIRED for groups of 5 or more and includes 17-courses plus a handroll. Please text 312-818-1156 to book the Bougie Package.

Sushi by Bou Gold Coast’s 24-hour Cancellation Policy: A 50% per person fee will apply to cancellations and no-shows for reservations made within 24 hours of reservation time. Due to this being a 30-minute times experience, Parties who arrive more than 10 minutes late can not be accommodated and will be subject to the no-show fee Text 312-818-1156 to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the reserved time.     The staff was short handed but I was not able to tell during our experience. All four of us did omakase and Chef Tarn did not disappoint. Every piece was carefully crafted and made with love. Please come here, you won’t be disappointed.

    Absolutely amazing experience!! Incredibly fresh everything!! The uni is generously portioned and the highlight for me. The team that runs this place is so hospitable you feel like you're in a living room the entire time. They way undercharge for the value of the experience and the quality of the sushi.

    Sushi by Bou was an entirely different experience for me. I usually go to all-you-can-eat places but this place blew me out of the water with its decadence. The food was absolutely delicious. You could taste the passion that each piece contained that was prepared by chef Jane. This was quite an experience that I am grateful to have enjoyed.
