   This was the worst “fine dining” experience I’ve had in a long time, both in food and service. The shrimp and lobster bisque was so salty I couldn’t take more than a few bites, and when I told our server that he said “oh that’s alright” and just took it away. No offer to replace it or an apology or anything. We didn’t get our drinks until after our appetizers (despite other tables getting theirs within minutes), and when we finally got them the waiter spilled 1/3 of mine on the table. No apology or even an acknowledgment, he just carried on like nothing had happened. I had ordered a sauce with my filet, but when my food came out there was no sauce on it. It took over 5 minutes for our waiter to come by (somebody else had brought our food over) and when he did he told us that the kitchen didn’t have the ingredients needed to make the sauce. That in and of itself was odd, but it also annoyed me that he never communicated that ahead of time or offered me another sauce. The steak itself was good quality but under seasoned. The rest of the meal (sides and dessert) were fine but nothing to write home about. Overall I felt dissatisfied with the food quality and the service, especially for the price. It also bothered me that our waiter didn’t try to fix anything, even when it was his fault. My husband said on the way out that he’s had better experiences at outback.

   My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary here. The service, food, and atmosphere were PHENOMENAL. Our waiter, Ryan C., was friendly and attentive. Chef Ali came to greet us personally and made us feel like family. Omar made us feel welcome. He checked on us throughout our meal and ensured we enjoyed ourselves. I've never written a Google review, but this restaurant deserves to be recognized! THANK YOU for making our day so special and unforgettable!

   Sullivan's is our go-to restaurant for any major celebration. Last night was no different as it was my husband's 60th birthday. We invited three family members to join us. Our server was initially attentive and helpful with drink, appetizer, and entree orders. Then something went awry. Entrees came out for four of us and only two of the ordered sides. The waiter didn't notice and we had to flag him down. We waited for 10 minutes for the last entree before telling everyone else to eat before their steaks got cold. Finally, the last entree arrived, but still without the other two sides. We reminded the server again. He claimed our order got mixed up with a two-person table beside us...that's hardly logical. Needless to say, it was extremely awkward to be the wife of the birthday guest and I'm sitting there with no food while our guests ate and then I was quickly trying to eat mine when it finally arrived as the others had almost finished. My son had a conversation with the manager and something was taken off the bill but you can't undo a bad experience for a milestone celebration. We pay what it cost to dine at Sullivan's because you're supposed to get service that you don't get at a lesser establishment. Very disappointed and I'm sure we'll be looking for a new dining spot for celebrations.

   Was basically as expected. A very nice steak house with perfectly cooked steaks. I did let them know it was our anniversary and they had rose pedals on the table so that was nice. But that’s all. No desert or anything. Either way, will definitely eat there again

   We were still hungry after dinner after spending over $200 a person! Ordered 2 apps for 4 people which were delicious but overpriced ($22 for one crab cake). This is the first steakhouse that DID NOT serve BREAD!?! The sea bass was tiny yet almost $50 w/ no sides, 5 shrimp for $36. Only large portion was the special which we thought was $59 and turned out to be $110 for steak and lobster!! Good food but not worth the price.

   The size of the restaurant is impressive. 50 tables or more? For me and my date, we like a more personal smaller space with great service and less big-portioned foods. So, if you're into eating a lot of food with a lot people, this is the place for you. You'll enjoy it.

   This is one of my favorite restaurants and I send people there all the time because I am the director of Housekeeping in a near by hotel, but last night was the worst service I’ve had in a while. We arrived at 7pm was seated at 7:15pm. We sat there for 15 mins before anyone asked us did we want to order a drink which took another 15 mins. I ordered the egg rolls my husband ordered soup. His soup arrived 20mins later and my egg rolls came 40mins later, our actual food arrived to the table at 8:25pm and hour after we arrived! I was so excited about the evening (one) we are still celebrating getting married 40days prior , by 8:00pm I didn’t care anymore😒 because I felt uncomfortable and not valued as a customer.

    This was a graduation dinner for 6 of us. I allowed 2 hrs for the dinner as we had to be elsewhere at a certain time. I was just disappointed at the slowness of the dinner the Restaurant only had three tables going with our table being the largest. We barely got though the. Salads when we just had to leave asked to box up the dinners and that took another 30 minutes. We were late to our next appt. I am all about enjoying my dinner but this was just to slow very disappointed for the $$ I spent.

    Overall always have a good experience when eating here . Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Food taste great and price fro what you get compared to other steakhouses is great and food quality is better . Also location of restaurant is great to have after dinner drinks .

    We were blessed and delighted to have Prescious as our server. This lovely lady was well-named. She certainly was prescious! Pleasesant and well-mannered, she was attentive without hovering. I will always ask to be seated in her section whenever I return to Sullivan's! The menu was varied and entertaining to read. My companion enjoyed her petite filet, and I devoured my ribeye. Both were cooked exactly as we asked. She stayed traditional, and ordered the loaded, salted baked potato as her side. I was feeling adventurous, and ordered the crab fried rice with oyster sauce. Both were simply amazing! I canno twait to return to Sullivan's!

    Food was decent at best, certainly not worth a $60 steak. The calamari was really good though, but the cheesecake tasted like it came from a grocery store. Also the beer menu is really small and limited, although I was told the dirty martinis were really good. Highly disappointed, maybe I just came in on an off night but I don’t plan on returning

    My wife and I went to Sullivan’ for Mother’s Day may 2023. The problem I had was that it took a hour for our food to come out with no one explaining what was going on. When the food did arrive the Mac and cheese was burnt more then normal and my $74 dollar steak was burnt all around the edges. Even though the waitress was nice it did take her almost 20 mins to come back and check on us while she walking back and forth 5-10 times to see how everyone else was doing. I felt some type of way about that. (And it wasn’t busy at all around the time we were there) I feel like we should have been taken care of much better then we were at the price I paid. That was our second time going to Sullivan’s I’m honestly on the ropes for a 3rd. P.s. I still gave her a tip because I know the work can become hard at times but I wish we had better attention on us and that the food was better. The first time we went I would have gave them a 4 1/2 star this time would be 2 1/2 star maybe 3 star.

    This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’ve gotten better food and service and Waffle House. The manager said they were backed up in the kitchen and our food was going to be late. And when it came the steak was burnt and cold. The shrimp was way over cooked. What happened was they were trying to overcompensate due to being late and fell way behind on quality. It was mothers day and my fathers birthday. They took off over $400 on the bill due to it being so bad.

    After being seated we were informed that the kitchen was out of at least 4 major items and that the Mother’s Day menu didn’t exist. We waited over an hour for our food and when it arrived, our medium rare steaks were burned to a crisp!! Beyond well done. It took another 40 minutes for more steaks. By this time it was almost 11:00pm. So they were given to us in to go boxes! All I had to eat was some bread and the worst shrimp and lobster bisque I’ve ever had. What a disappointment!

    Unfortunately, we tried to get dinner on Mother’s Day, and the restaurant was over capacity. Which resulted in a two hour wait for food. Management was understanding and a server was outstanding but it’s a reminder that the special holidays are not the best of times to get premium service and establishment of this magnitude.

    For the price I was expecting food to be amazing. I ordered the 28 oz bone in ribeye. First time having one like this. I would expect a 28 oz steak not a 10-12 oz steak with nothing but a long long. Especially for almost $100 for the steak! The flavor was mediocre. Definitely would never recommend this steak for anyone! The smoked Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious though. I would possibly try this place again, but also very concerned why the sanitation rate was only 90.5.

    We enjoyed a nice dinner with the whole family for Mother's Day. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, our server, Meredith took great care of us and met every small detail. The general manager, Kayla even took time to check on our table. Excellent service and excellent food.

    Food delivery to table completely out of sync. Appetizer arrived before drinks and with no plates. They ran out of sweet potato casserole which is what my daughter most looked forward to. Meal took forever to come to table and when it finally arrived it was completely cold. Manager made up for it with complimentary dessert tray and one steak but we were so sad to find one of our favorite restaurants STILL DOES NOT HAVE IT TOGETHER.

    It was a little crowded seems like too many staff walking, our servers were so awesome 👏, didn’t like black color bathroom , music and singer was relaxing, our steak meat was good quality but apparently cold , my drink was nice , for the price we pay I like to see more class to the place less noise more quiet, giving flower for Mother’s Day was nice touch,

    This place has gone down hill fast. Seated 30 minutes after our reservation time, which is ironic as the manager and another patron were arguing about Sullivan's cancelling their reservation for being over 15 minutes late. What happens when we were actually 15 minutes early and seated 30 minutes after our reservation time?!? Nothing, barely a sorry for your wait.

    Both my husband and I are going through cancer in both of us. We had promised to go to Sullivan’s for 9 months as a reward. So as you can imagine we were recalling look forward to going. The thing equal to my enjoyment is the food quality/taste is the atmosphere. We were placed in a quiet room away from the dining room where we were mostly alone with our two adult kids and a gf. The room was plain, quiet beyond normal except the open complete view of the waiter/kitchen set up area where we only heard lots of noise and banging around along with dishes of food smashing on the floor. Nothing in our opinion then looking at that mess and listening to dishes smash to the floor and lots of yelling to the staff to go here or there. Sorry, but this is not what we signed up for. It was very uncomfortable for any of us to truly enjoy. When you and your family decide to come out (which is rare due to a brain mass for me and lung cancer for hubby) it’s a very big deal! We love your restaurant! Now a true positive! The food was very tasty and we were happy to have the opportunity to eat there. However, sitting at a table with pretty much empty water glasses and a very rare stop by the waitress. Of course we realize it’s a busy day…but always remember a customer expects a certain level of service at a restaurant. We are the easiest to get along with people I promise. In your line of work imagine sitting where we were sat under the truthful description I shared with hearing tons of noise with yelling out to the staff and the nerve shattering crashing of glass dishes on the floor. So thank you all for the food tasty part…but think about the atmosphere and depressing sense of sitting where we did. My sons could not wait to leave that plain dark room. Is this the norm?     Enjoyed a delicious Mother’s Day lunch. Our server made great recommendations on appetizers and dessert. The food was delicious! The creamed spinach is the best I’ve had in a restaurant setting. The peanut butter dessert is wonderful too. Expect to drop big bucks, but it was worth it.

    I made a reservation for what was available On open table(8:30) and had checked multiple times for an earlier opening. I even called and the hostess without looking at anything said no we do not have anything available that is not listed on open table the day of within 15 min of opening in hopes someone had cancelled. So I once again checked as soon as I hung up and there was a 7 pm opening. I am sure she would have seen it had she even tried to look. We arrived about 5 min early and they immediately took us to our table but when we got there there was only 5 place settings for our party of 6. The hostess left us standing there in the middle of the dinning room until a waiter stopped by and we told them we still did not have 6th chair so she got a chair immediately but I feel liek the hostess did not care at all. Everything in the dining room itself was wonderful until we attempted to leave. Sadly, there was a beggar that was extremely aggressive at the Sullivan's valet station, we opened our wallets to give the valet a tip and the beggar would not leave us alone, he literally tried to get in our car once the valet brought it around. It made us all very uncomfortable. Actually very scared. They were giving out roses to women I guess for Mother's Day but did not offer one to the three ladies at our table. Overall food and waitress was excellent.

    Sadly, this was not the Sullivan’s we usually experience. Service was very inattentive. Two in our party had to ask for part of their orders that weren’t served. Crab cake was excellent. Steaks were average.

    Went for brunch on a Sunday. Only have lunch and dinner food, no brunch specific foods. Food took entirely too long (only 7 tables filled in the whole restaurant), the order of food to arrive to the table was wrong (daughter got her main course before adults got their salads, and my sons food came out after all the other main courses arrived), brought wrong salads, wrong sides and then charged us for drinks and desserts when kids menu said those were included. When we brought it up, it took 20 minutes for them to return with the check and they still charged us for the kids drinks. I am officially done with this restaurant.
