    Patsy was not a great server fyi. She was slow to take drink re-orders, forgot one, was proactive in her service style. Unusual experience for SuGo dining.

    Overall, a very disappointing experience. We’ve always enjoyed Sugo, but the service this time was terrible. It was extremely slow and inattentive, with long waits for water and drink refills. While the appetizers arrived quickly, we waited nearly an hour after finishing them for our main courses. The lack of attention and excessive delays really took away from the evening. Unfortunately, despite our positive experiences in the past, we’re unlikely to return.

    Our fist time at Sugo and it felt like we were regulars! Had so much fun dining at the bar! Great bartenders! Great owners! Spectacular meme and food. So good! It’s difficult to get a reservation, so we just showed up and sat the bar! Was a wonderful evening.

    Enjoyed this visit with our friends - we will be back. BONUS: owner stopped by several times describing menu and history of restaurant - he even escorted us to the door when leaving - felt very special!

    We love Sugo! We've been coming here for over twenty years. My husband particularly wanted to come here for his birthday. We had a wonderful time. The food and the service are excellent. It's always a pleasure seeing Mr. C. We've moved over an hour away, and we still come back to Sugo for special occasions!

    ⭐️Amazing Food and Outstanding Service at Sugo!⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sugo! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, and the service made the entire evening even more enjoyable. Everything was delicious, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. But the real standout of the evening was our waitress, Kayla! She was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. She was friendly, attentive, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of, and her outstanding personality made the entire experience that much better. Kayla even hooked us up with dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch and the perfect way to end a fantastic anniversary meal! It’s those little things that make a big difference and turn a good dinner into a memorable experience. Great food is one thing, but exceptional service is what really sets a restaurant apart, and Kayla delivered on every level. She genuinely made us feel like valued guests, and it’s clear she takes pride in what she does. Sugo is lucky to have someone like her on the team! We will absolutely be back, and hopefully we’ll get lucky enough to have Kayla take care of us again. If you’re planning a visit to Sugo, ask for Kayla. You won’t be disappointed! Fantastic food, wonderful atmosphere, and five-star service. Highly recommend Sugo! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
