   Food was very slow to come out. Food was cold. My burger was the size of White Castle. My daughter chicken and waffles was drumsticks.

   I went with a party of 18. Everyone was amazing and they made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. The birthday girls had a blast and enjoyed themselves. The food was delicious! They have two different menus and it caters to everyone’s taste.

   Reservations were made for my daughters 15th birthday only to arrive to a closed restaurant. Reservations should have not been allowed if the restaurant wasn’t even open.

   I understand it was valentines day but service was bad i ordered food and drinks. Some food and drinks were not given. We went to eat as a family and food was not given together one plate came and then when one person finished the other plate would come.

    It started out great when we arrived at 8pm. We arrived 30 minutes early from our reservation time slot. The manager I believe had put us up close to the tv so we could watch the Super Bowl. We got to order our drinks and food, how ever food took forever to come out and it wasn’t that busy. When we sat down most of the people had their food already who was there before our sitting. Orders came out and we noticed one order was wrong and then two orders didn’t reactive their rice and beans. We told our server and he had the rice come but the beans never came. It took a while for our server to make his way over to us for us to say we were ready for our check. While he was doing our check he had asked us who was on which check when we already expressed our check situation before ordering. It was a first time experience and it was not an experience where we would recommend or return:(

    The waiter never came back, she said she had a big area but it was ridiculous you couldn’t order anything because she would never pass by and then they were out of like everything not ready for a Miami Beach crowd. The fries were so hard I could’ve chipped a tooth and I just needed yo sending back my food and cancel my order the only thing that was good was the drink but not even for $45. This place was just so horrible and they already have their tip set so you couldn’t tip based on performance. The waiter said the manger would pass by because of all our concerns and the manager never passed by in those 3 hours we were there

    Please please do not waste your money abd time going to this restaurant. It is NOT. ASugar Factory. There us no candy. There is no SUGAR anywhere. The menu has been altered and is now combined with a Mexican restaurant. Shame on them for the facade. Shame on me for wasting my money.

    This is barely “sugar factory” anymore. It’s apparently in the process of turning into a taco joint. Was disappointed for my son.

    Restaurant was dirty. Food was average and overpriced. A small side of fries was $17. They added gratuity for a party of 3 without telling us.

    It was a miserable experience for us 3. I do not recommend and I’ve been to numerous other sugar factories. The service was horrible. I received my cocktail towards the end of my meal. The food was brought out at different times. My appetizer came out after my burger. Place was empty and it took forever to get the food.

    We had a reservation. There was no one in restaurant (slow) and we waited 30 mins for our $40 non alcohol goblets and over an hr for food. It all was brought out at different times (I was done before my sister received her meal). The waitress was very nice and kept apologizing and did give us a dessert. However for a $350 bill the food was bland (not authentic mexican like they claim) and cold.

    They use a lot of ice in your drink so you a big glass full of ice little alcohol you paid $25.00 for also drinks was strong while their we saw the bartender stirring drink than sample it using the same spoon sir it again

    Se equivocaron en nuestro pedido, sin embargo nos comentaron que era cortesia del restaurante ya que fue error de la mesera y de todas formas prepararian lo que ordenamos. Al final nos querian cobrar todo, tuvimos que reclamar y solo asi nos cobraron solo lo que pedimos. No regresaria a Sugar Miami.

    The drinks were cool. Not sure if worth 50. For food got chicken waffles our fault for not realizing it had bone in. Overall would get drinks again when in town.

    Unfortunately no where in Open Table or their website do they mention that the restaurant is no longer a Sugar Factory. It is sharing a space with a Mexican restaurant. The menu was beyond limited and unfortunately not the experience we were hoping for our twins birthday.

    After placing my order and waiting close to an hour for my meal I was told they no longer have that selection available (after I decided to ask why my meal wasn’t here ). So I decided to give it another shot and ordered again (something else) and waited almost 40 mins still nothing so I decided to leave. I don’t know why this happen to me to be honest but hey maybe they’ll fix that issue sooner than later because this can really hurt their business.

    “Sugar factory” on this location is misleading. It’s your standard ocean drive bar / club food (tho Mexican) + sugar factory drinks and desserts. We brought our children, thinking this would be an ocean drive location that caters to families. This is not so.

    I took my 3 kids here while my husband was out on business for a fun experience and to order the Cookie Monster and Rainbow along with rainbow cheeseburgers for dinner. We booked a reservation via OpenTable. After being seated with 3 hungry kids for 40 minutes and being given the runaround by every server, we concluded that they were either disorganized that night or did not wish to serve us and had to leave to find an alternative restaurant. Not once were we even offered waters or anything to drink, or greeted by a server who would commit to eventually help us. My kids were very disappointed.
