   Your sommelier, Mr. Timer, is the bar that you should use to measure customer experience and satisfaction. He was absolutely perfect to myself and my coworker. My friend and I have a great appreciation for what it takes to create and distribute exceptional food to well-paying customers. His added mini-tour/glimpse of the kitchen and staff gave us an even greater appreciation. We thanked everyone and conveyed our absolute appreciation for the exceptional meals and service. Thank you STK, Mr. Timer, chefs and team for the awesome night!

   I ordered the a5 medium rare more towards rare. It was over cooked. Like between medium and well more towards well. I love the restaurant the music the vibe. The server was ok. I would say my steak being over cooked was the downer of the whole experience.

   Food was delicious, wonderful service, however, very over-priced for extremely small portions, or even just simple items like a little Caesar salad, but I guess that's common for high-end dining.

   The food was not good at all. Very different than usual. It seems to me that they started caring about $$$ than making people have a good experience. I made this reservation weeks before for my husband’s birthday. We were seated by the bar as for the last few times. It used to be optional to sit by the bar on high-tops. We go there for the atmosphere, the food and the music. And sitting by the bar is not the atmosphere at all. The only good thing was the service that night. It’s so sad because this was one of my favorite places to go in LV.

   I really enjoyed the ambience and service. The food overall was good, some of the sides I felt were overpriced and lacked flavor. However, drinks and entrees were delicious. I would return for the experience and now knowing which sides I enjoyed, I can get what I feel is worth the money.

    We absolutely enjoyed our time there. Everything was wonderful! Our server, Lindsay was excellent. We wanted a place with a soft inviting ambience and music with energy. It was exactly what we were looking for.

    We enjoy our dinner at STK. A little noisy but not unbearable. Yellowtail crudo was the best. Fried oysters was over cooked. Oysters on a Half Shell were fresh and delicious. Dover sole was very good but they changed the preparation I like the original better. Flourless chocolate cake was wonderful! Overall a delicious dining experience.

    Firstly, I frequent STK in New York and it is hands down one of my favorite restaurants. This experience was subpar at best. My food came out cold, it was hard to track down our waiter, and the presentation was lacking. There was no flavor at all. This was the WORST experience I have ever had. I had such high expectations and was left utterly disappointed.

    Don’t know if it was just an off night?!? We have been here before and loved it. My husbands steak was way over cooked and my lobster Mac and cheese seemed Like it sat under a heat lamp for a long time. My steak and the oysters were good but we wouldn’t go back.

    Sam took great care of us. He is the reason i am taking time to write this review and fill out the survey. His recommendations were on point and he made sure to come by in a timely manner to ensure we had what we needed. The supporting staff was also readily available to help and provide anything we needed. We had one small issue with the way a steak was cooked and without hesitation Sam took care of it. Our glasses were never empty and our smiles never left our faces. Thank you all for a wonderful time and i especially want to thank Sam one last time for making sure my buddie's bachelor party dinner was a special one.

    Made reservations ahead of time and still had to wait 30 minutes. It was very loud we could barely hear the server. I’ve been to several STK locations and this one I have to say needs a little improvement.

    We enjoyed a wedge salad, the sea bass, and the fabulous mushroom pot pie. Tara, our server, was fantastic, and the DJ was awesome. Our pal, Issac, stopped by to greet us. STK is a "go-to" restaurant in Las Vegas.

    First all of the bad- We had a 9:00 reservation that ended up getting sat at 10:00, so not off to a great start. We then got sat at a table right next to the bar and the table kept getting hit by passing by guests and wait staff. Lastly, we ordered steaks medium rare and two of the steaks show up well done. We come to STK on our annual trip, this is our 7th trip to STK Vegas. We do love the vibes and food at STK, this experience definitely underwhelmed. Hope next year is better.

    Great experience! The oyster Rockefeller were outstanding! I wish I would have gotten our waitress name.She went above and beyond for our party. Would definitely recommend!

    The meal was amazing. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The server was absolutely wonderful. The only complaint I had was about the women at the front desk. Our reservation was at 945. We were 3 and one person in our party said that she would be late and to start without her. Despite my explaining this to the hostess, she insisted we continue to wait… rudely. We were starving so after about 15 mins I insisted we be seated and was about to ask for the manager bc of her attitude. She finally said that she would seat us as soon as a table was available. I pointed out that there were multiple high top tables in the bar area. She said to wait and still made us wait until 1030 to be seated. This was not a great start. To the restaurant: your front desk hostesses are the first people to make an impression. Hire people with a nice demeanor (not just a pretty face) who don’t made your patrons feel like they are doing them a favor. The restaurant is great, but we almost didn’t find out bc I was ready to walk out.

    Absolutely atrocious. We had a reservation for 9:15pm, while some of our party wasn’t presse we needed to wait til 10:15 to be seated. The music is so loud you cannot have a conversation. We ordered a 34 Oz Steak for $132. It did not come with a steak knife. It was like cutting leather with a spork regardless of asking for A1 sauce to at least wash down the dryness. A1 sauce was $2 for a thimble full. The Blue Ice salad was the core ends of an iceberg lettuce head with a drizzle of ranch and pathetic bacon bits for $30?? This was by far far the worst restaurant experience in Vegas
