   The attention to detail and customer service was the worse I have ever experienced. Although being seated at a table my guest and I continued to order drinks from the bar because our waiter was absent 90% of the time after taking our order. The lobster was freezer burned and the tomahawk was under seasoned. I have been a visitor of STK globally but the Chicago location does not stand up to the overall brand I am familiar with. Will not be returning—- Mastro’s or RPM will be my preference moving forward.

   We went there for a restaurant week, were the idea of restaurant week is to have a little taste of their food to see if we want to come back. So they did a great job on making sure we never come back . The minute I mentioned Restaurant week our waitresses behavior drastically changed. Overall It's not a restaurant, it's a night club. If I knew that I wouldn't go, especially with food being so mediocre. Steak was terrible, I had better steak at the dinner in the middle of nowhere.

   We did a double date night for Chicago restaurant week! The food was all delicious and it was a plus for me that the restaurant is nut free. The deals for restaurant week are really good and we got to try a lot of menu items. Between the table we got the sourdough pull apart bread with herbed butter and chive oil, a dozen oysters, the burrata appetizer, tuna tartare tacos, a 14 oz ribeye, two 8 oz Wagyu flat iron steaks (1 with truffle butter torched table side), 8 oz chimi Long Island steak, shrimp, mashed potato’s with a parm crust, Mac & cheese, cheesecake, and the apple crumble with salted caramel ice cream. This place is a little bit pricey with their sides, up charges and appetizers, but competitive pricing on steaks. The vibe is really cool and almost clubby/Miami. Waitresses bring desserts and bottles with sparklers for occasions and the music is fun. Overall we really enjoyed our experience!

   Went for Restaurant Week and upgraded to oysters and ribeye with desert. The food was decent - not great. I’ve had much better steaks (not to mention my friends steak was completely rare) and certainly could have done without $20 cocktails. There are lots of better steaks with better value in Chicago I would check out before this one.

   We had a great time at STK. it was my girlfriends birthday. The ambiance was chic and polished. The watermelon martini did not disappoint and the filet was wonderful. It is pricey, but I was going for this exact vibe and it was worth it. She was blown away.

    I was excited to try STK for restaurant week. We were a table of 3. Ordered off the restaurant week menu; split the burrata, tuna tacos and waygu burgers (additional charge). For dinner we ordered the salmon and did an upcharge for the filet and the ribeye. For dessert, apple crumble and cheesecake (upcharge). Including 3 drinks and 2 sides to share, the total was over $400. Burrata was hard in texture, not super soft and came with a few croutons (aka "bread"). Tuna tartare was great as was the burgers but only got 2 mini burgers. I asked for my filet medium and it came medium well and also had no sear. My fiance was also not impressed with his ribeye. Server was very friendly but did not time the courses out properly so we would get our next meal while still in the middle of eating the previous one. This happened during all courses. It was our first time at STK and I'm honestly not sure if we would come back given the cost and value of what you get compared to other steakhouses in Chicago.

    Our server was great but the tables next to us were dirty (the place was empty when we got there). We ordered off of the restaurant week menu and they forgot a portion of my meal. We felt like we were given a little bit of different service because it was restaurant week. Gibsons is way better. The bread service was delicious. Oysters were way too small the state was meh at best.

    Went for the Chicago Restaurant Week! This was such a good deal. I upgraded to the wagyu flatiron and it was melt in your mouth good! So much food too. I ordered the Parmesan truffle fries which were amazing but could barely finish eating all three courses. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

    We celebrated our daughter’s 28 th birthday with family. Our server Terry was amazing!!! He was extremely attentive. He was personable and professional. We will definitely return and ask for Terry!!

    Service was bad. Our party of 5 was there on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. It was completely empty. The hostess looked like she was bothered to see us. Unfriendly, mumbling words. Our food and drinks took a long time to arrive. We didn’t see much of the waiter even though we were the only table for a while. Food was great.

    I ordered a tomahawk and it was dry, tasteless, the small portion, it looked like a large NY steak. The price $160. I have eaten at other STK's in Miami and Orlando and the experience has been much better.

    My husband and I visited for his birthday. Upon our arrival, we were quickly greeted, reservation was confirmed, and hubby was wished a “happy birthday “. Our server- Bria was attentive, knowledgeable, engaging, and intuitive. We would definitely return and ask for Bria’s section! Our food was delicious. We both had steaks- I had the filet and my husband opted for the ribeye. We shared sides of mashed potatoes and veggies. The bread was scrumptious. 10/10 experience

    It wasn’t worth the hype. They even have a DJ. The noise level was 1000/100. Too crowded. It’s not worth the hype or money at all . Waster $400

    The experience was our first and I’ll have to say this is our favorite steakhouse in Chicago! The cowboy ribeye was the best we ever had! Our servers suggestion for my meal mixed with Alaskan king crab was perfect!!

    We had Chris as our server. He was so knowledgeable and informative. I like when waiters come check in on you to make sure everything is ok. He did just that. All of our orders was right and the food was amazing!! Took my dad here for his birthday and we truly enjoyed ourselves 10/10. I will dine here again Forsure!

    The place was disappointing and overpriced. I now understand why it was available last menu. The food was okay but very expensive, the waiter was lovely but i attentive (we were left with no silverware after they removed them when they gave us our next dish. Food is fine but lacks attention eg the bread served right away comes with an u appetizing green goopy cheesy something on top. Plating is pretty but the chutney and sauces feel like they come from a bottle. It was over $200 for two of us with one cocktail each. I do not recommend.

    I have always loved coming here but I went to STK with a couple of my friends for my birthday two days ago and it was probably my favorite experience I’ve had there… & it wasn’t because I was celebrating my birthday. We had the pleasure of being served by Terry and he was so amazing. Patient, informative, polite, and personable! He remembered my name and kept saying happy birthday but he also made my friends feel included! Kept us laughing the whole night. Thank you Terry!

    I was so incredibly disappointed by the food here! I love trying new places and don’t really worry about the price tag when it comes to good food. I had STK on my list for a while! The food was subpar and it was expensive! We ordered a dry aged porterhouse steak that was 125 dollars expecting to have a wonderful steak experience. It was over cooked, dry, and had no flavor whatsoever. The lobster Mac and cheese was fairly priced at 33 dollars but had maybe 2 minuscule pieces of lobster in it. It was the most regular tasting Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. The truffle fries we ordered had to be sent back because they were raw on the inside. The confit mushrooms were the only thing I would recommend here. (And the dirty martini, but those are good anywhere lol) The service was great, our waiter forgot our drink but he was very kind and friendly. It’s a Monday night with maybe 10 other guests at MOST in the restaurant. For 300 dollars I just expect a higher quality meal, especially when the restaurant isn’t even busy. If you want to sit at a pretty restaurant and strictly have drinks, this is the place for you.

    My husband and I dined at STK to celebrate my birthday. Clare and Daniel were excellent - great personalities and they made sure that we were well taken care of throughout the evening. They definitely contributed to our great dining experience/birthday celebration. And I can’t forget to mention the incredible mix by DJ Shani!

    Let's first staff with service, the employees knew their job, menu and ingredients. They were prompt and polite. Very attentive even with water refills. Food was amazing, tender meat, cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The butter selections were great and tasted great. Even the asparagus had flavor. Most places you go to, the vegetables are at the bottom of the list when it comes to flavor and good. The room had 80's music going and at a good listening level where to can still speak and listen to one another. Place was clean and not a lot of dust, which I look for What a great experience
