Everything was so good! Service was excellent. As some who doesn’t it gluten I’m always nervous to try new things, but they were knowledgeable and had times marked on menu

Our first time won't be the last. What a wonderful new addition to the Boise area dining scene. We were there for lunch so it was very quiet. It isn't a large dining room so I expect it is a bit more lively and loud when it is full for dinner service. Everything we ordered was excellent. I can't recommend one thing over another but, the chicken noodle soup was probably the best I have had anywhere. We can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful lunch at Stefano's yesterday. The menu is so good, it was hard to decide what to try. The food was great as well as the service. Very cozy interior. Don't be fooled by the look of the exterior. Wine and food prices were reasonable. So glad to have another restaurant choice that is independently owned. I will be back!

Stefano's had some of the most thoughtful flavors we've found in Boise. Tapas style dining was something we came to love while living in Spain, and Stefano's has embraced that style with great choices. The flavors are lively, and the server was informed and helpful. Probably not a great menu for kids, but a fabulous choice for adults looking for a bit of culinary exploration.

We ate at Stefano's for the first time around 7:00 on a Saturday night. We were pleased to see it was busy, as a new place in a shopping center, but not too loud. The menu is Mediterranean and offers small, medium, and large plates. We shared the small falafel and medium stuffed calamari plates as appetizers. My husband had the grilled tuna large plate, and I had the shory ribs. The calamari was excellent, stuffed with chorizo and grilled. The falafel, though, was a bit dry and under seasoned. The mains were quite good and beautifully presented. The baklava for dessert was a little doughy in places, but nice and cinnamon-y. All new restaurants need a settling-in period, but we will definitely be back. Stefano's is a promising new addition to the Eagle restaurant scene.
