   I have the opportunity to dine there this evening, Chef David Pena dishes are right up there to some of the 5 star restaurants in US. If you have chance this restaurant is one you must go to. The steak tartare is the best I’ve had. Best steak house I have been to in years! 👍

   What a unique experience this restaurant is! Reminded me of a NYC steakhouse. Beautiful decor and exceptional service as we were the only ones dining there until the end of our meal. We dame to celebrate my 70th birthday and was not disappointed. Not only was all the food outstanding, but the manager, Juan, took the time to explain the entire menu to us, took pictures of my husband and I to commemorate the occasion, and then brought out a big sparkling candle on my piece of 24 layer chocolate cake, which was delicious and huge, in honor of my birthday! Loved the pictures on the wall and the Frank Sinatra and Bing Crosby music that was playing throughout our time there! Highly recommend this dining experience when in Cabo!

   If you’re looking for a truly special dining experience, look no further than Steak Chops and Such. This new, exclusive (only six tables) restaurant offers a Rat Pack, speakeasy vibe while plating up some of the best USDA Prime steaks we’ve ever had - and we’re from Chicago! Juan will greet you at the door by name, and lead you up a small staircase to the restaurant. The vibe is elegant and sexy, the service is incredible, the food is absolutely otherworldly. It’s adjacent to a gentleman’s club, but don’t let that put you off at all. We brought our teenage children and were very comfortable. When we were finished, Juan arranged for a taxi that was curbside by the time we got down the staircase. Do not miss this truly special gem. And don’t skip the Baked Alaska!

   Beautiful decor throughout, upscale steak house vibe. Food was delicious ! We had filet mignon, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, French fries, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad. Same thing we order at Mastro’s, this is much better tasting and better service ! I highly recommend for great tasting steak cooked to perfection.

   Very interesting dining experience was had by my wife and I. Had a little difficulty fining the entrance but once we entered....WOW !! Pretty cool decor and yes it's flanked by a gentleman's club. Decor.....just like some of the old-school steakhouses of NY. Food.....really great ingredients leads to superior fare. Food outstanding. Service was wonderful as the General Manager, Juan had a close eye on everything going on in his establishment. Overall this is a dining experience that shouldn't be missed.

   Feb 27 2023 Where do I begin? Excellence from start to finish. Outstanding staff, menu superb. Everything about this establishment was exceptional. First, we were met at the door by our waiter who called us by name. Led us up a beautiful staircase to our table. Ambience amazing. From cocktails to dessert 💯 Everything was delicious but my favorite was the seared scallops. Pure perfection. A lovely dining experience. Very pricey but worth it.

   I have so much to say about this restaurant! First of all the restaurant is very small and makes for a very intimate atmosphere! It’s modeled after a New York steakhouse in the 1940s. Very well decorated and the ambience is just perfect! The service we received was just impeccable! And the food is better than any steakhouse I have experienced. And I’ve eaten at a lot of steak houses around the United States! The only thing that made this one star less than perfect is that it’s located just above a Gentlemans club. For some that may not be an issue at all but for others it could be a huge issue. There was nothing really obvious during our evening about the fact that we were situated within a Gentlemans club except for when I had to go to the bathroom! I found two “dancers “getting ready in the bathroom and then when I left the bathroom, the door to one of the rooms was open and I could plainly see a woman dancing on a pole. My husband went to the bathroom about 20 minutes later and said he didn’t see anything and the door was shut. So it’s possible to go to this place and not see anything – but it’s also possible to see some things :-) take that how you will.

    Everything about this place was absolutely stellar. It was a little confusing how to get inside, but for security the doors stay locked until your reservation time and then someone is there to open the door and walk you upstairs. From this moment forward, it was something unique and special. The ambiance was sexy and sophisticated, much like a speakeasy vibe. The attention to detail from the moment we were seated was quite impressive. Every dinner special, drink and wine specialty and dessert was explained with care and knowledge. We ordered the scallops and wedge salad as an appetizer and both were delicious and supreme flavor. We were given complimentary house made bread and butter that were fresh and served as a compliment with the appetizers. We also ordered a whiskey sour and espresso martini to kick off the evening and both were crafted VERY well. For dinner we ordered filet mignon, creamed spinach, mashed sweet potatoes, and brussel sprouts. Literally every single item was truly delicious and seasoned to perfection. It’s not often that every item on your plate is one to be excited about, but without exaggeration, I couldn’t decide which bite to take next. For dessert, we opted for the baked Alaskan and dessert coffees and liquors. As we closed out our tab, the general manager offered a couple of items that were already packaged up for us to eat in the morning, since we were flying back home. Again, the attention to detail was great, but the food was on another level of excellence. What a wonderful evening and way to end our trip in Cabo! 10/10 recommend!

    As a long time Cabo resident, this is my new all time favorite restaurant in Los Cabos! Upscale, exclusive and delicious are only a few adjectives to best describe STEAK. It truly is a fine dining experience from the moment you enter the location until you savor one of the incredible desserts; it’s a mouthwatering masterpiece. The service is impeccable and we much appreciated the personal attention we received. A perfectly baked golden brown house bread arrived shortly after being seated and it set the mood and expectation for the evening. Our starters of choice included Ceasar Salad, Caprese Salad and Seared Scallops…three words-oh MY goodness! It was a Trifecta home run! The filet mignon I ordered as an entree was perfectly seared and I was pleasantly surprised to find a medium rare gem hiding underneath the seared crust. It was paired with a beautiful red wine recommended by the Sommelier, Juan. He is a wealth of knowledge. Two words - YES, PLEASE!! The creamed spinach and sweet potato sides were equally delightful. Yumminess goodness. We finished with the 24 layer Chocolate Cake and New York style Cheesecake. One word- DAMN!!! I can’t wait for my next heavenly feast served up by the STEAK service team and kitchen staff! I’ll definitely be a frequent patron of STEAK. PS. The little complimentary “Take Home” surprise was a classy touch and devoured the next morning with my cup of coffee ☺️ Loved it!

    This dining experience absolutely blew my mind! From the minute I arrived I was greeted at the door by Anna, then by the manager Juan. The attentive staff catered to all of my needs, From helping me select the wine, appetizers, entrées and desserts. The night was impeccable!     Over the top fantastic! Everything was immaculately prepared and delicious. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, total throwback to the rat pack days. Staff was very knowledgable and genuinely cared. Portions were massive so don't be afraid to share. I even threw a curveball at the chef and asked for my filet 'chicago rare' and he grilled it perfectly. I would have never though to pair sweet potatoes with pomegranate, but it was delicious and everyone at the table was reaching for seconds. Hard to believe this place is in Cabo and not in Vegas..Highly recommend treating yourself when you're in town..I know I will!

    It isn’t very often that a dining experience is actually an ”experience” and not a predictable, templated customer turnstile. STEAK Chops & Such, is an experience. Situated in the most unlikely of locations and exuding a classic fine dining atmosphere, this restaurant is unique in Cabo. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, and the staff is top notch. There is a great wine list and menu isn’t intimidating, with the selections very well thought out. The portion sizes, from apps to deserts, can best be described as gargantuan and the food quality is on par with anything I have had in the genre. Yep... a great experience and a fine dining “must do” in Cabo.

    Sinatra would be proud of this restaurant. The ambience was taken from the rat pack era. Great old photos of the time and lots of red velvet and black leather that transports you back in time. My double thick pork cop was perfectly cooked. The flavor was outstanding, not over seasoned and the meat had a great flavor. My side was maple syrup and bourbon sweet potato mash that tasted as if I was having my desert early, loved it. The portions are huge and could be easily split so come hungry. I sampled my friends lamb dish and was equally impressed by the quality. Our group of 4 were all very happy with their choices. Deserts come big , the chocolate 24 layer was perfect. I like a cake that is not too sweet and this did it for me. Whooa , I must not forget my girlfriend’s yummy scallops. Thanks chef!

    Un gran número de lugares nuevos en Los Cabos, la mayoría muy agradables, pero en repetidas ocasiones es más el show de presentaciones espectaculares y porciones reducidas sin sabor. Este lugar es todo lo contrario, excelente producto, porciones y gran sabor, mis recomendaciones: Callos Garra de León sobre risotto de Coliflor, La Clásica Ensalada Wedge, El Costillar de Cordero, La Langosta y el Pastel de 24 Capas de Chicolate. Su lista de vinos, coctelería y destilados son excelentes. The Sexiest Steak House in Cabo es un concepto clásico que vale la pena visitar.

    Wow wow wow!!! Spectacular does come in boutique packages.. i have never in my life had such amazing service.     Never experienced anything like it. I've eaten at all of the "steakhouses" Cabo has to offer and STEAK puts them to shame, but in a good way. The others simply can't compete with an experience from start to finish like this. Every course was outstanding and thoughtfully curated. The service was responsive but not overly imposing. The setting second to none... however, I am a sucker for Sinatra and I definitely felt like I was part of the Rat Pack the way I was treated like a star. I highly recommend, if you go, to plan on a whole evening of enjoyment because this is an experience not just a meal. My highest compliments to the chef, staff, and owners for creating a sensory masterpiece.

    The food was impeccably presented. The menu was a cornucopia of choices from the appetizers to the high grade selections of beef cuts or array of seafood choices. That along with na attentive staff this restaurant met our every need as we maxed our taste bud sensations This restaurant is also a gateway to the high quality entertainment provided at the Splash nightclub. This attached restaurant was a very pleasant gastronomical experience that made for a perfect evening of enjoyment. Hats off to a new and welcome addition to the Cabo epicurean scene. La comida estaba impecablemente presentada. El menú era una cornucopia de opciones, desde los aperitivos hasta las selecciones de alto grado de cortes de carne o una variedad de opciones de mariscos. Que junto con un personal atento, este restaurante satisfizo todas nuestras necesidades, ya que maximizamos nuestras sensaciones de papilas gustativas Este restaurante también es una puerta de entrada al entretenimiento de alta calidad que se brinda en el club nocturno Splash. Este restaurante adjunto fue una experiencia gastronómica muy agradable que lo convirtió en una noche perfecta de disfrute.
