   Exceptional ingredients. Innovative tasting menu. Pastry chefs are some of the best we've ever tasted. Would recommend 100%. Staff amazing. Even had an audience with the head chef at the table, added that extra touch.

   Definitely one of best restaurants in Dubai!!! Not just only the food is absolutely perfect,but also the service and the knowledge of cooking food is amazing!! It is well deserved 2 stars rated Michelin restaurant.

    Very much enjoyed dinner at STAY. It's a beautiful restaurant, and the food was wonderful. However, overall, the inventiveness of the food fell a bit below expectations. The two Michelin stars felt out of line with the food we had which was quite good but perhaps not as spectacular as imagined. That said, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it for a special dinner (and a quiet dinner, as our experience with fine dining in Dubai is that many of the restaurants are quite loud).

    My guests were French speakers. It would have been nice to have a French speaker waiter as I had difficulties to translate to my guests. Especially in a French restaurant. Also the prices of your wine lists are not reasonable. They are far too expensive.

    Not a two star restaurant. We had dinner in 3 Star Alleno Restaurants in Paris and Courchevel. The experience with these restaurants were great and was the reason for great Expectations. But all together the dishes were a disappointment. Only the work of the patissier was 2 Star level.

    Such a beautiful setting with delectable food and wonderful service! I could have stayed all night at Stay, and I practically did. You won’t regret booking a table at this magical restaurant while in Dubai. The only hiccup for me (and it was a substantial one) was the wine pairings (I had the four-course tasting with wine pairings). If you pay for a wine pairing nearly as much as the food then you better be wowed. And I was not unfortunately. I enjoyed the food so much; however, the wines were not quite up to par with the food, and that’s a shame. Because I wanted so badly to give Stay 5 stars, but in the end I could not. Please go and enjoy the incredible food, ambiance and service. Just do yourself a favor and order a favorite bottle of wine instead of the wine pairings.

    The food is outstanding, especially the starters. The complimentary deserts were superb, especially the creme brulee, however they were served after we finished our tea with the desert from the set menu, which wasn't very convenient.

    Incredibly exquisite food in a funky setting. The waiting staff and chef all went the extra mile to make our evening special especially to cater for my dietary requirements. Definitely worth a visit if you are visiting on The Palm, and no excuses if you are staying at The One & Only on the Palm!
