   Outstanding in every way, of course. The service was impeccable: every member of the team performed perfectly. The atmosphere was dark and a little funky. It was absolutely beautiful though. Subdued lighting (small lights on the menus for us older folks), and an overall feeling of calm. The food: what can I say. Every portion was incredible. Even things that I’m not a fan of (frois gras anyone?) we’re actually great. Very expensive but you’re going for the experience of the whole evening. Take a few minutes to wander the amazing grounds before you leave.

   Trully outstanding experience. Everything, starting from service to food was 10/10. My experience was like looking at art, you need to be prepared to what's to come, because greatness lies in details you need (and you absolutely can) find in this "book" cooked by passionate lovers of their work. I tried 6 course-menu. Portions are of perfect size as you are still not "used to" the taste, so every bite is new and opens new borders of the dish you are experiencing (yes, it's not just tasting, it's exactly experiencing)! After the end I was just enough full to not feel bad that I ate to much. Before coming here, I'd definitely recommend getting used to "high" cooking, as it's like a wine - if you jump to expensive wine from the beginning, you'll not find beautiness and greateness in it. After that, it's one of the top places to visit.

    I was preferring staying inside and not outside. Choice as not bee offered. Services excellent. Taking care professionally of the client. Appreciate that the Chief came several time to discuss with the client. That's more than positive. Good exchange with the Chief. 'll personnel appreciate when you choose the full menu degustation on 6 dishes to ask for our choices of preference, instead to impose us the sequence/type of food. For the rest excellent. I will come back again for sure. I strongly recommande this restaurant as a French Cuisine reference in Dubai.

    Food was excellent and so was the service. It was lovely to eat on the terrace. It was very quiet as there were not many people dining but still the ambience was very nice. If you are a foodie and/or you want to treat yourself I would thoroughly recommend it.

    This was such a great way to spend time during our long layover in Dubai. The service was excellent. The restaurant is elegant and beautiful. The dishes are wonderful elevated versions of dishes that involve impressive technique and hail from French cuisine. Our favorites were the lamb saddle and the pear tartin.     Exceptional ingredients. Innovative tasting menu. Pastry chefs are some of the best we've ever tasted. Would recommend 100%. Staff amazing. Even had an audience with the head chef at the table, added that extra touch.

    Very much enjoyed dinner at STAY. It's a beautiful restaurant, and the food was wonderful. However, overall, the inventiveness of the food fell a bit below expectations. The two Michelin stars felt out of line with the food we had which was quite good but perhaps not as spectacular as imagined. That said, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it for a special dinner (and a quiet dinner, as our experience with fine dining in Dubai is that many of the restaurants are quite loud).

    My guests were French speakers. It would have been nice to have a French speaker waiter as I had difficulties to translate to my guests. Especially in a French restaurant. Also the prices of your wine lists are not reasonable. They are far too expensive.

    Not a two star restaurant. We had dinner in 3 Star Alleno Restaurants in Paris and Courchevel. The experience with these restaurants were great and was the reason for great Expectations. But all together the dishes were a disappointment. Only the work of the patissier was 2 Star level.
