    Upon seating table was not clean and required a wipe down. 40 minute wait for meal from time of ordering. My beef cheek was just lukewarm. The meal was tasty, but $35 for a tiny serve of soup, a small single piece of luke warm meat and a small salad is not value for money in my opinion. Disappointing to say the least.

    Beautifully presented and tasting food. We had an evening meal and then attended a conference at the venue and the food all throughout the evening meal, morning and afternoon tea as well as lunch was beautifully presented and the quality of the food was excellent. Would recommend anyone staying in the city and especially if you are staying at the hotel to eat in this restaurant. Great setting and service.

    Booked a mothers day lunch here. Easy booking process however prepaid $49 each. Auto reminders and a courtesy phone call prior to lunch was handy. Staff very professional. Clean, fancy looking decor. 5 share plates of food all came out at once including chicken with basil pesto cream sauce, pasta, beautiful stuffed Prawns, roast veggies, delicious pork belly. 2 further share plates of dessert including a meringue tart & Panna cotta. Food quality overall 7/10. Prawns & pork belly the stand out. Great value for money. Drinks cost at the bar additional. Decent range of liquor. Much cheaper than many other places for mothers day lunch but still a great experience overall.

    We went here for our mum’s 57th birthday today. Our server was so nice and attentive the whole time we felt genuinely taken car of. All the food was brilliant, especially the rib eye steaks! & we really loved that the staff brought out a birthday cake and sang for my mum without us even asking. 10/10 will definitely come here again.

    Amazing food and atmosphere and lovely staff. They forgot our side dish for our mains on NYE and we didn't notice until halfway through the course. But when we asked for it, it came promptly. Overall, great experience. Will definitely be back.

    I booked for eight people for our end of year function for our social group as no where else was available. There certainly wasn't any regrets. The environment was quiet so as to facilitate good conversation and the food was reasonably priced and of above average quality. An excellent selection of desserts is available and super tasty. Staff were fantastic and our server Blake was attentive without being annoyingly so. I would highly recommend this venue and we will be back again in the future.

    I went to Vibe for the Express lunch and thought it would be a nice change from other eateries in the CBD. Unfortunately, it was not good. The Express lunch comes with a free drink- wine/beer/soft drink, and when i asked if they had a Moscato, I was brought a nice drop but 2 minutes later the waitress came back to see it wasn't part of the express lunch as it wasn't the 'house' white! So I asked them to take it away (even though i had started drinking it) and ordered a soft drink instead. Then lunch arrived- I ordered the battered barramundi fillets- they were so overcooked they were barely edible- honestly, if I wanted processed fish I could have brought some Birdseye product in the supermarket that would have tasted a lot better than what I was served up. I would not recommend their food at all, and my 2 companions were also similarly disappointed. This is a shame as the place itself is quite nice, but i will not ever be returning for lunch, even if someone else offers to pay.

    Were seated quickly, told how to use menu, seated, got drinks quickly, meal was extra good, hygiene done aftwr tables used, it was a very good experience. My only suggestion - I was surprised to see the cutlery in a box on the table. Overall, delicious meal, and fantastic service.

    I or$28 breakfast that included a potato rosti. It was small and unimpressive and the potato rosti was a frozen hash brown. My coffee was served luke warm when I asked for an extra hot coffee. My daughter ordered the pancake with salted caramel popcorn and that did look great though.

    We pretty much had the whole restaurant to ourselves so it was amazing, food and drinks were delicious and really well priced! They couldn't find out booking for a while so they hadn't prepared but not to worry as they quickly joined a few tables for all 16 of us and it was perfect. Will definitely be going back again!

    Food was excellent. Prosciutto salad was best salad I can remember. Staff were helpful and attentive . Prices were excellent for the quality of the food. Ambience was good for its location in the hotel foyer. Most enjoyable

    I think they weren’t supposed to have high tea bookings for Sunday but still welcomed us. The view was amazing, the cocktail was perfect and high tea was delicious. We had the chef, manager and staff come up and check if everything was going well. It was wonderful and we’d happily go back.

    Some of the worst service ever. Waited over 20 mins from being seated (in a freezing corner behind a book shelf by the back door) before to finally having a drinks order taken. It went downhill from there.... only plus was the food was relatively tasty. However it went cold in less than 4 mins due to our terrible seats
