   The hosts were a great help in directing my group to our reservation. Our server was great too she made sure we all got our food orders in before the kitchen closed and kept the beer coming.

   The food and drinks are absolutely delicious! I was able to reserve a table for game night and got a good seat at the front. The only thing that could be better is the customer service. I feel like they’re understaffed which causes the waiters to handle multiple things at a time and forget about you.

   My college age son and I decided to give Sports & Social a try to watch a Sunday of NFL football versus our usual Wild Wings or Dave and Buster's experience. The viewing experience is a huge upgrade over the usual places. I also enjoyed the music they played during commercial breaks from the primary game as I can't stand commercials. The food was good and maybe a slight upgrade over the usual although they were out of pork so we could not try the pulled pork sandwich or tacos. Our server was average at best as we were there for 4 hours and only got one refill the entire time we were present. As out time there progressed, we found we needed to just flag our server down when we needed something as opposed to waiting for her to routinely check on us. This may be their normal practice as there were a lot of people to wait on but if it is they should inform the Customers that is what needs to be done versus having us figure it our on our own 2 hours into our experience. I was primarily there for the games and that part of my experience was top notch and I would try them again to see if the service is better.

   The food is excellent but the service was terrible. They were very nice but they were over whelmed. Its a holiday week so many people are off so should have been more prepared. When we arrived maybe two other tables were occupied and when we left it was about half full. Their were only 2 waiters. It was not crowded at all when they took our drink order. Our drink order took at least 45 minutes and the food order (We only ordered appetizers took about an hour. A small side salad took 1 1/2 hours. Forget getting a second drink. Poor management.

    We were seated on-time for our reservation, but the server was also the bartender! So it took over 20 mins to order a drink. Then add that same time to order, then again to receive your food. I wound up walking to the bar to get drink refills or ketchup, etc. That put a dullness to the shine of this place. My food was great so there’s the redemption.

    The staff was great. My only complaints are the grilled chicken sandwich. It came out cold and dry/tough. The replacement came out tough and dry also. Everything else was amazing. I loved the staff. The manager and bartenders/servers are very attentive and punctual. I'll definitely go back again. The loaded nachos and fish tacos are great!!!

    The pictures on open table looked decent so I decided to bring my husband here for his birthday since we were at LIVE. I really regret this decision. Wish I would have chosen one of the other restaurants. The service was EXTREMELY slow! We waited 30 mins before seeing a server and our drinks took another 30 minutes to come after putting them in. We asked for ice water and it never came. They gave us one small water bottle but no Ice. The food was okay but it didn’t out weight the poor service. I’m disappointed with this experience and honestly embarrassed that this is how I celebrated my husband’s birthday.

    Had a reservation, someone waited on us after 10 minutes. Took our drink order and never came back. Took another 20 mins for someone else to finally acknowledge us and take our order. Food and drinks were good when we got them.

    Crapcakes fell apart. Fries were cold. Requested no mayonnaise on hamburger however it came anyway with mayonnaise. Waitress took forever to bring the check. When she brought the check she had an attitude because we had asked one of the host to get her. The hostess (male) was really loud talking to his friends and others who worked there by our table when we were trying to eat.

    My reservation was for 7clock the only table they had whenever I come with my mother that is handicapped was one table. The table was not clean or cleared off for our reservation. The server was just ok. Management didn't look over the tables in the place.it doesn't make no sense that Everytime I come it's the same thing. It's a shame

    Basically got sick right after eating there and have had to miss work. Just because it the food was suspect at best. The wait staff was too distracted by personal stuff to wait on us, at the bar, only about 20 people at the bar and 4 bartenders and still could not get service. Had to ask for utensils when our food was served and appetizers and main meal comes out at the same time. Food was OK at best nothing special about it. Will never go again.

    We never got greeted by a server. We sat for 30 minutes and reported to the host we never got a server. The host never accomodated us, we never got server and decided to leave.

    Took a long time to get food had to ask 3 times for the sauce and sour cream originally requested. Never got the sour cream and my food was cold and half gone by the time I got the orange sauce for my orange chicken. Will not go back again

    I didn’t even have a chance to experience the diner because the two hostesses couldn’t do their job. If it was self seating not sure why I made a reservation. The female didn’t even think about assisting because she was to busy playing with her phone. The guy pointed out where I could sit and handed me a menu. I found a place to sit but noticed it wasn’t cleaned. I returned to the host and asked if I could get the area cleaned up and his response was oh just sit at the bar or the high tables near the bar 👀. Needless to say I just walked out before having any additional disappointment. Please have a class on customer service.

    My sister and I came down to watch the MD Terps in the Big Ten Tournament. We placed bets on Fanduel at the Kiosks. Then a few slots before leaving. The food service was average, but the the waitress was unaware of her surroundings. Partially blocking our view during crunch time of the game we were focusing on. The ambiance was great, but our game was later switched to a more high profile NBA game. We continue to our game on lower screens though. All of the patrons were awesome. We look forward to using OpenTable again to reserve seats for this venue.

    Everything was great, however there was a slight mix-up once were seated on who would be serving us, so we had to go to the bar to request assistance. Otherwise, the ambiance is great, our server was amazing and the food was good for happy hour.

    The jumbo screens were so clear and surprisingly wasn’t too overwhelming as one would think. Service was outstanding and the food was pretty decent. Drinks were delicious. Only thing is they overcooked the doughnut holes…but they were still tasty!

    The menu need to have more selected items on it. Like pasta , pizza, rice and gravy, tater tots, etc..My mom is Handicapped every time we come to sport and social we always have a problem getting a table. I think that more table should be for Handicapped people, it's not right and those people have rights too. Something need to change soon. Thank you
