   We had a great time, very romantic. The heater kept us nice and warm, we did not need coats. The service is slow because they have to go all the way back to the restaurant in the hotel, up two sets of stairs, so sit back and enjoy the ambiance while you wait.

   My husband and I spent Valentines night in the snow globs. Sarah our waitress was Awesome explained everything to us even how to hook up our spotifi to the in glob speakers. She had plenty of recommendation for food. The Artichoke dip with pita was so good. I had the shrimp scampi on a huge plate and ultimately couldn't finish. It was a nice romantic, private,experience I loved it! Highly recommend. Thank the Ridge for a great stay.

   We loved our snowglobe experience! Service was great, the food was delicious, and the overall ambience was wonderful. The temperature outside was about 30 degrees F, but we were much warmer inside the snow globe with the heater. While waiting for our reservation time, our group enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fireplace that was close to the snow globes. We even saw a shooting star!

   The initial experience started poorly as they were short staffed and the waiter didn't even give us a drink menu. Finally, after 40 minutes of being there the manager brought us a drink menu. The manager, Tanner, handled the situation very professionally, personally providing us service and accommodating our requests. The food was outstanding and the snow globes were romantic. The food and manager is what made the experience.

   We loved the snow globe experience. We are fans of Ridge hotel food. The best part was, we got to pick our own music inside the snow globe.

   These are the best snow globes and we loved the experience. Unfortunately, the service did not match the amount of money we spent for the experience.

   Service staff on their own to service too many customer and were too busy but very apologetic. No support by bus boys etc. they did everything which cause huge delays in service Also $158 rental for Snow Globe was out of line and when we cancelled one of our two reservations, we were charged with the full rental. Open Table site DID NOT mention that when asking for credit card to hold reservation I have been using Open Table for years and this was a huge omission on your part on the reservation rules and you cost me $158!!!!!!

   There were only 4 of us . It was quite expensive for four people to pay the $150 and also be required to have a $250 minimum. I would recommend having a sliding scale for minimums if less than 8 people.

    Visited this spot on Friday 1/27 with a reservation for 4 (#107) and it was the best igloo experience yet! Our server (whose name we wish we could remember) went above and beyond to make our night special and the seafood tower, drinks, and appetizers were all delicious. She was truly wonderful the entire evening. The igloo was sturdy and cozy with a heater and a speaker for music. This has become a yearly tradition for us, and we all agreed this will be our go-to spot from now on. Highly recommend!

    Menu is decent but not a full bar menu!? Expensive but you get way more food than 2 servings.
