Upon arrival, there was no clear signage of where to go . Once we were directed of where to go, the hallway had food crumbs and a false fingernail lying on the ground. We were taken to our table, and the ambience was fairly pleasing with the choice of lighting and the nice tablescape. The food was average. It seemed like basic hotel food with a few upgrades, the meat choices of roasted turkey and beef tenderloin were a nice addition. Unfortunately we were not greeted by any server, which was confusing given the information that an 20% gratuity would be added to the bill automatically. I had to find the manager to get assistance for us to be given beverages. This was after my mother-in-law had to find someone to ask for a sweet tea which they told us they would return with shortly and 20 minutes later, no one had returned. The service once received was slow but polite. Given the price of this experience, it was overall poor. We will not return and we will not recommend this brunch.

We attended the Mother’s Day brunch which was moved into the hotel ballroom. The food was not good and they weren’t prepared with enough staff to operate the omelette station. The line was a good 15-20 minute wait. Combine these issues with the price and it was a disappointing experience.

I did not realize the Mother's Day brunch would be held in a banquet room. It's a big room that was very sterile with terrible centerpieces. The food was at most basic and underwhelming. You had to go get your own coffee in paper cups. It took 15 minutes to get your juice or to order an omelet. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Service (which only included getting your juice and clearing your plate) was very slow. We actually had to put our own dirty plates on an empty table next to us due to the lack of wait staff.....and they auto grated. I love the Westin in Richmond and have stayed there for years, but this was the most disappointing dining experience we have ever had in Richmond. On another note.....Tabitha in the Club is the most delightful, accommodating, friendly, ray of sunshine. She truly made us all smile every day we were there!!

The food at Small Batch Local Kitchen was excellent. I had the Brown Butter Scallop Risotto, which was cooked perfectly and really delicious, and my wife had the Bibb Wedge Salad with Salmon, which had a large, perfectly cooked piece of salmon on top of a fresh, delicious salad. We had the Chocolate Torte for dessert, which was superb. Our server David was very friendly, professional, and attentive. We had a wonderful experience and will likely be going back again in the future.

The food was clearly overcooked, dry, and lacked any real flavor. I had the cheesesteak eggrolls and brown sugar scallops w/ risotto. My husband had the drunken mussels and short ribs mashed potatoes and asparagus. Everything tasted overly processed rather than fresh, which made the meal feel low quality. Even the alcoholic beverage was underwhelming—weak, poorly mixed, and not worth the price. Considering how expensive everything was, the quality didn’t come close to justifying the cost. Overall, it felt overpriced and disappointing.

The service and food was exceptional. Jasmine did a super job of reading the note in my reservation and seating my friend and me with my other two friends who already had a reservation. Great attention to detail!! Would highly recommend

We were treated exceptionally well for our Thanksgiving dinner. The staff was attentive to our every need. The food was delicious with everything you would expect on a Thanksgiving buffet. However, not exceptional.

The food here was awesome. Everything good. Green beans on buffet were not hot. Otherwise, all was great. Service was basially non-existent other than plates being cleared (but they also took our silverware and napkins). Took 15 minutes to recieve and pay the bill. Def not worth a 20% automatic gratuity.

The meal was mediocre and way over priced. The servers were great but I didn’t come for the service. The food was also cold even though we came early. We won’t return again!!!!!!
