New Japanese-Style Offers Elegance and Sophistication ~Experience history and tradition, the pride of the regions of Japan, as the futuristic designs of downtown architecture makes a fitting backdrop for dishes made with a fusion of cutting-edge techniques and classical methods with a sense of traditional beauty, as well as an assortment of traditional Edo-Tokyo produce. The service here offers the warm, heart-felt hospitality you can only get downtown, and our guests from both Japan and abroad are received with excitement and sophistication.
We offer a sublime "moment" in time, a novel fusion experience: while you look out on the best view in Japan, surrounded by traditional downtown spirit, and classical Japanese calm... served on a stage of Western-style cuisine.

They have a set menu with meat courses but I don't eat meat. I let them know in advance and it wasn't a problem. What impressed me is that rather than just replace "the meat bits" with vegetarian or fish alternatives, swapping the ingredients out, was that they actually fully adjusted my courses - making sure that any sauces, ingredients, accompaniments were all meat free and worked together as a proper dish in it's own right. Outstanding.
