   there were some strange (or maybe inconsistent) things that I noticed such as: 1. A rack of lamb that was only for display but it was placed right next to beef wellington 2. Guests are not allowed to pick up food themselves but had to wait for the staff to help, it created a huge backlog in an already narrow aisle. Because of the crowd, some guests were able to pick up food themselves from the buffet without the staff knowing/seeing. 3. Upon being seated, nothing was on the table. Had to flag a couple of times until a waiter saw us and realized that the table was empty, no cutleries, no table matt. Asked the poor waiter who looked so stressed out about the BCA promo, he did not know anything about it. He had to ask other waiters/waitresses. 4. the rotisserie and meat section was also weird. it was manned by two chefs. one for beef wellington and one was for the roast meat/tomahawk. the roast meat chef left the station. the beef wellington chef just did not do anything until the roast meat chef returned, seemed unwilling to cover for the roast meat chef to carve the roast meat even though guests were lining up. all in all, food taste good, buffet spread/choice is good, but service, ambiance, and just general atmosphere due to inconsistencies left us feeling it was a bland/mediocre/so-so experience.

   Obviously i’m not going back to this place. They dont serve anything that match with the price. Seriously, its friday night dinner and where is the seafood, where is the sushi, where is the spaghetti, where is something made from beef other than chicken, where is the so-called legendary bubur ayam HI! Anyway, If you looking for decent food, this place is not the right place. If you looking for 5 star hotel restaurant experience, there’s many other places to go and better (like the cafe or satoo or even sailendra) Thanks for the prank, the advertise too good, so that kinda upset me alot when i found out the reality.

   Lovely ambience, delicious food. I came here to celebrate my partner's bday and we are satisfied with the service. Surely will back again in the future.

   Consider harga net per orangnya hampir Rp750.000, tempat ini tidak sebagus itu. Makanannya so so dan pilihan makanannya ga gitu banyak. Servicenya soooo bad, baik dr quality of servicenya dan juga quantity — sedikit banget servernya. Cari tempat lain aja guys.

   Dengan harga yg charge oleh Signature, variasi makanan kurang terutama makanan seafood dan makanan penutup jika dibanding hotel bintang 5 lain di Jakarta. Utk service very good, pelayanannya ramah dan membantu.

   There were 2 big groups - one Christmas party and a birthday party when we arrived. Groups were in fancy dress and a stage was even erected. We were placed at the corner with these 2 loud groups. We felt like guests in these parties! Our wedding anniversary lunch was a disappointment with no attempt to wish us quietly whatsover. It was just LOUD, food was pathetic. Cold, unappealing and crowd control at the buffet was not good. No social distancing and guests were seen helping themselves to the food when no staff was around to serve at the buffet stands. Most of the time, we were looking around, asking for food and even ignored by staff who were busy preparing food and had to be in and out. Obviously, the restaurant was understaffed that day. I bet safely protocol was not followed that day. Expensive but disappointing experience on our special day.

    This is the second time I have eaten there, this time the food menu is incomplete and lacks many variations (for example no shellfish, sasihimi) for cakes and cakes is quite satisfying

    food is good and the waiters are nice and attentive but what worried me most is the management policy on the crowds. in my opinion the restaurant was too crowded during this pandemic. next time i step into a restaurant as crowded as Signature, i will run away immediately. now I'm closely watching my health and praying hard that i wont get any virus infection by dining out in here.
