                                        We went for Christmas lunch. There was a good section of food and the service was very good. There was a band playing, they were excellent, however it was a little too loud and we were unable to hear each other talking. Overall though, I would definitley recommend this restaurant for Christmas lunch.

                                        We arrived 10 minutes early and told the lady at the front who we were 3 times before she acknowledged the booking ran to the table pulled out one chair and waved us over. She did not provide menus or provide us with water at this stage but handed us over to another server. The next server brought water and no menus. But asked us if we wanted them. Then when he came back with menus he only brought 3 for a party of 4. After finally receiving 4 menus ordering drinks and food. We were waiting about an hour for entrees. 2 servings of bao buns. The server offered us a round of extra drinks for the wait as there was a large table of 12pax that delayed our food. The buns were great. The mains, chicken was cooked well however lacked sauce and was hard to finish because the ratios were out. The beef cheeks came with fries that were so dry and overcooked. They clearly had sat under the heat lamp while the beef cooked and should not have been served. The beef tenderloin which was cooked well and tasted nice. The potato mash side was ok, but also slightly dry. Overall the staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganised for the small amount of tables they had. The cost for the service and quality did not match. I would expect a much higher quality of food and organisation for the price.

                                        The Signature is located in a very beautiful environment and fantastic view. The staff are very nice with excellent service. Food is delicious. We are so happy and will recommend our friend about the Signature too.

                                        Ambiance perfect, service 10/10, food good but cous cous with lamb was very bland. Wagu steak was ok but a little more veggie would have been nice. Overall would def go back tho..

                                        Our server Gary was wonderful, very kind and accomodating. He forgot to give us share plates for our entree but he was otherwise really lovely. In terms of food, we were really disappointed with it considering the price. Caesar salad lettuce was wet and soggy, croutons stale, only 6 tiny pieces of chicken. The steak wasn’t seasoned at all and was very chewy. It was nice and quiet which was great for us, wine was ok.

                                        We went to this restaurant last year and the food was amazing. We went last night and the quality of service and food was extremely poor. We left feeling unwell and did not enjoy it at all. We had Barramundi it was grey , tasteless and terrible. Such a shame that this has gone downhill so much in a matter of 9 months .

                                        Restaurant was very quiet the night we dined but food, especially the bread selection and lamb main was very good, with very friendly service. Good value for very good food.
