Siempre Algo was sublime again! Qwe shared the Deviled eggs with Dungeness Crab and it was so complex and tasty. the Beets were perfect. My wife loved the Honeynut Squash dish and my Gnocchi with the Cider braised Pork Cheeks was great, the Gnocchi were like pillows and the pork incredibly tender and tasty. We shared the Chocolate and Peanut Butter desert and were offered one scoop of the Vanilla Bourbon Ice Cream because our server knew how much we love it. Speaking of service, it could not be better at Siempre Algo. Great, interesting wine selections and the opening Bubbles always set the stage for a great night.

We had a great dinner at Siempre Algo last night after an MCG Jazz concert. Our server, Ali was so friendly and efficient. She explained all of the menu items that we were interested in. We love the Pink Bean Dip as a starter. I enjoyed the Pork Taco with tender pulled pork and flavorful sauce. The Grilled Sturgeon over pasta was delicious. We enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar with the amazing Kimber. We love talking to her about all of the spirits she has at the bar.

I have visited multiple times and I never have had a bad experience. What I love about Siempre Algo is the continuous evolution of the menu. It is different every time I visit and the selections are so creative. We had the beets to start, very warm bread. I noticed duck breast and had it. Unbelievable. The desserts are top notch. Amazing evening. I will return!

I keeping saying this to anyone that will listen - the chef at Siempre Algo is doing some of the best work in the city. Shame on any foodie out there that has not indulged there palettes!

We had great food and service at Siempre Algo again! Without a doubt it is our favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh and we go to a lot of other really outstanding restaurants. We had to get the compressed melon with the Chinese ham again, talk about flavor. My Lamb Kofta was fantastic. My wife loved the cabbage dish and we tried the Peach Ice Cream which was sublime. Our servers were so friendly, happy and knowledgeable. It is just a great place to be.
