Side Work is a cozy Spanish American lounge in an intimate setting that offers a full menu composed of seasonal sharable plates, rotating craft cocktails, and an extensive, well curated wine list.

In 2022, we welcomed two new chefs who have created a dining experience like no other. Both chefs come with years of Michelin Star background experience that has taken Side Work restaurant to new heights & expectations. The chefs participated in Taste of Telluride, where the community chose us as the winner for our Achiote Pineapple Cured Hamachi.

Please note:
Side Work Restaurant has a strict 24 hour Cancelation Policy. Any 'day of' cancelations will result in a fee of $65 per person.
We do not offer a designated kid's menu. Please understand that our menu is not designed to accommodate the expectations of younger diners, however, we will do our best to find items off our menu that we believe younger diners will enjoy.

Absolutely incredible! The greenhouse was amazing complete with heater and speaker for our own private dining. We were blessed with a snowfall which made the experience extra fun. The chef is incredible, Michelin trained and globally studied, can modify almost anything to your liking or needs. With a family of specific dietary restrictions (medical not preference) this brought so much ease to what otherwise can be a bit stressful. The food was divine and variety expansive so all can enjoy. We found this gem on open table and we were incredibly delighted! Highly recommend! We had our teens and 12 year old in tow.

Sidework continues to be one of our favorites. Our table enjoyed the Salmon and the Banzino. Muscles and Oysters were ordered with our cocktails and were perfect.

Fabulous dinner! Some of the most hospitable staff and the food, cocktails and wine were all delicious. Highly recommend making a reservation as they're a pretty small (and busy) spot.

A bit disappointing. 10 minutes waiting for a host to greet us and 25 minutes for a waiter to greet us. We planned on doing dinner and drinks, but because dinner took 2.5 hours we had to call it a night. We get that service can be hard in the mountain towns, but rather be unable to book a reservation then book it and be waiting most of the night.

We were warmly welcomed by Mark and seated promptly. The food was delicious. Our server seemed unhappy about being there. Didn’t help navigate the menu. Didn’t tell us everything had to be put in at once and acted as if we should have known. Assumed we weren’t going to order wine and took the menu. Almost felt like a burden for being there.

Best meal i have had in telluride and i have livd here for over 30 years. Fantastic fresh raw oysters. Octopus appetizer, Tomahawk rib eye scallops and truffle mash potatoes . Delicious !

As always, we had a great experience dining at Sidework. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. They also have a great selection of cocktails and wine. I highly recommend the Crispy Farm Egg, and Wild Mushroom Croquettas for appetizers. For the main course, we had the Whole Roasted Branzino (enough for two people). The Braised Short Ribs are fantastic as well.

Came for our 1 year anniversary. This spot never disappoints, they even helped me to surprise my fiancé with a ring. We loved the octopus and the bison, overall everything was exceptional. Our drinks were great too! “Orange You Glad” is such a clever name for a cocktail and delicious. We will come back again and again!

There were 5 of us. The entrees were at the level of poor fast food. I've had wonderful meals there in the past, so I don't know what happened in the kitchen, but we were all upset about it given the prices.

Jim our waiter was pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was out of works, the spices and selection. The only thing I would recommend is to dampened the sound in the front room by adding some soft items to the ceiling. It can get a bit loud in the front dining area. We’ll be back for more!
