Service very slow. Owners did not seem to pay attention. Quality of food so so. Ambience not that great.

Fine kitchen but use of very tough beef greatly diminishes the experience. Would say an excellent value except for the beef in both of our dishes. As is, a good value worth a return.

We came here for Chinese new year eve dinner. The reservation through OpenTable was seamless and easy. We ordered the special set course for 5 people. We had to switch some dishes due to dietary preference. But the price is still great! Food quality is very good and decent. I will definitely come back again.

We go to Shanghai terrace often and know it menu and have always enjoyed in the past. Last night the dim sum dishes were as usually very good. The braised pork belly and seasoned vegetables are average but what made it worse is the meet dish was not heated through.

The food here is good, but the service was lacking. We had to ask for everything although it should have regularly been served. Then, when we were eating our egg rolls(so so), we were brought one our entrees. It was several more minutes until our second entree was served. No one asked how our food or service was. I'm not sure whether I will go here again.

Shanghai Restaurant serves great traditional Chinese food. No fufu or "Asian Fusion" here, just great food. The physical remodeling done within the last year makes the dining experience much nicer. Service is very attentive, food is excellent and it's BYOB. MoMo makes everyone feel like family and the young hostess keeps everything running smoothly. Oh, and did I mention, it is BYOB.

Shanghai has always had great authentic Chinese food. They have recently undergone a much need facilities makeover and the restaurant is a pleasure to visit. Great food, good service, reasonably priced and it's BYOB.
