    2nd time I have been to this place 6 months apart , and once again above and beyond the waitress recognise us from last visit... Chefs table was so well worth the money not over the top or hard work great casual upmarket dining option

    What a fabulous place. It was quite noisy but there was a big birthday group in on the night I was there. The staff couldn't have been more helpful when explaining the menu.

    The food was outstanding and the perfect marriage of Filipino flavours with Australian ingredients. Picking a favourite dish is extremely difficult because they were all so good! The service was friend and attentive. The dishes came out with very little wait times. Overall I would go back in a heart beat.

    I've been waiting to go here for a while after I found it on tiktok. The experience was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. It is wonderful for small intimate parties to go out for dinner. I had a cocktail and a few plates from their menu with my friends to share, each dish was perfect.

    Just everything melts in my mouth! Amazing Filo and Aussie twist Never ending “oh-wow” reaction in every food and drinks being served. My partner even wants to shake hands with the Serai team to tell how a amazing our experience is.

    From first impressions we didn’t have a great start. The main waiter wasn’t very friendly, wasn’t hospitable. The food was very disappointing, we didn’t actually like one dish we picked (kingfish and pork belly, the pork had bones though it, lamb ribs were overly fatty, the hash calamari and rich were very plain very little flavour or imagination to these dishes. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

    It was our first time eating at Serai and experiencing Phillipino food. We ate at the chefs table. The food was exciting and the flavour combinations were different but very yummy. The service was warm and friendly. We will definitely be back.

    The most perfect and delicious meal I’ve had in a long while. Had the chefs special and didn’t regret. So much food! Service was impeccable. Waiters and servers so knowledgeable which is so refreshing. I give Serai 10 out of 10. Will definitely recommend!

    We were at the Chef’s table. The staff was unbelievably attentive. The food was outstanding! The wine pairing worked beautifully. The price was more than reasonable. We had a fun night with great food at a great value. We can’t wait to go back!!

    Was lovely to try after many recommendations. Unfortunately the chicken dish was raw so they had to make another one for us. We were shocked that a restaurant with such standards (and a Filipino restaurant!) Would undercook chicken. Otherwise the food was lovely, people were nice and would recommend it as a nice treat out to our friends.

    We came for my dad’s Birthday and they were very accommodating. The food was great we decided to get the ‘feed me’ menu, honestly it was good, we ordered ala cart as well and most specifically the sisig tacos are yummy! The kare-kare inspired snack was interesting. The lamb adobo was soft and something different. Overall it was scrumptious and well made.

    Food was amazing but the service could do better. The restaurant felt so chaotic because the floor staff were running around everywhere, and they took a while before they came to take our food orders. It was hard to call the attention of the wait staff as well.

    Very tasty food. Well executed on open fire. We arrived at around 8.15pm and it was the staff shifts transition. Can be noisy and less attentive at that time. Otherwise nice wine list and food was great.

    Great everything a bit squishy at the bar but that was mostly just to rude entitled people who would move over an inch Food came to fast maybe space it a little slower But also got to take the food home that wasn’t finished and they were lovely about it I’ll defs go back

    It was an excellent experience. The flavors were good. More Filipino influence would have been better to distinguish itself from other Asian fusion restaurants. Great experience though

    Terrific food - really interesting, and everything was delicious. Friendly and informed service - they knew the dishes and were able to recommend and answer our queries. The music was initially rather loud, with a speaker right behind us but as soon as I mentioned it to the waiter he went and turned it down, making our visit much more pleasant. Excellent and interesting wine list.
