My experience was great and the people where nice
I really like the food at Serafina it’s a great place to go for drinks to and I enjoy the people at Serafina
Great food - the waiter excellent but the bus boys were coarse olive was brought to the table which no longer had bresd plates! At the end of the meal they took dishes/baskets without asking if we’d finished! The food made up for the graceless bus boys.
We went for a last min option on New Years Eve. I knew they have vegan options bc I’ve been to other locations. Our table was terrible we sat next to some wet wipes! Yes like legit baby wipes lol smh. Anyways we order I got the arugula salad that was drenched in too much vinaigrette. Presentation and salad was terrible. The waiter just kept passing us so after 15min he comes over and we just got the check and left. Never again
We were allowed to make reservations an hour before closing time according to hours of operation by opentable. Upon arrival, we discovered that the establishment was completely closed. Luckily we live two blocks away but still a very distasteful experience if you had to turn around from further away. We like to eat out almost everyday, just a shame while Serafina having great food will not count on us returning.
Very attentive staff and yummy food. Very attentive to special needs.
Pizza wasn’t to my liking - felt very under baked. The waitress didn’t have a notepad when taking our order and got my husband’s main wrong - he took what she had ordered as the waiter basically told my husband that he is wrong (I am sure he is old enough to remember what he ordered)! To save hassle and more awkwardness, my husband kindly said he would take what was given, however we still got charged the extra as the wrong main was more expensive. I felt this was out of order and there was no mention of the wrong order again e.g no free drink or anything like that and we were disappointed that we got charged the extra. Also, the waiter came with my main while I was still eating my starter and was squeezing it on my table while I was still trying to eat/finish my starter. This put me under pressure to finish my starter and was just unprofessional- you wait until the customer is ready for their main. This was a disappointing Christmas Day meal - would never recommend here.

A deeply mixed dining experience. My husband’s gnocchi was excellent but my ravioli was undercooked and over salted, and the waiter forgot to put in the order for one of our guests. Next time we will go to the 78th street branch, where the food is reliably good.
I'm always on the hunt for homemade gnocchi and Serafina does not disappoint! Delicious gnocchi bolognese. The prices are a bit high for a pasta dinner but the bolognese sauce is quite good and homemade gnocchi is fantastic! While you're there try the Galvanina Italian sodas. They are delicious and flavorful. I'm not really a fan of soda but I LOVE these. YUM!
The food is reliably good and the service is excellent.
I know one of the Bartenders who came to shake shack
Way too expensive for what it is. Fun atmosphere with average food. Service is hit or miss.
I know H the Bartender At Serafina
Side dishes and dessert were excellent but meat was dry and overcooked. Service was very slow, although on a crowded night. Very noisy, as are most restaurants these days.
Entirely mediocre food. Better off eating at home.
Best serafina in the city. The hidden gem of the upper west side
Too noisy, food was dry and service was slow.
The service was friendly and efficient. The food was okay, but expensive for what you get. Nothing was outstanding. Nice decor.
Very big menu food was delicious, service was great!
One of my favorite Italian restaurants in the city! Great food and a cozy vibe.
Pre-marathon dinner was fantastic!
Excellent food and good atmosphere. Not too loud. At times difficult to get the waiter's attention
Our lunch was great and the food was great.
We had a great lunch.
Disappointing dinner. I have always liked going to Serafina restaurants around NYC, but this one at 105th is always under par. I first thought it was because they were new (I went within a few days of their opening), but having gone twice since then, I still find the food and service not as good as the other Serafina's.
Quite mediocre in every respect.
The upper west side needs better restaurants !
Decent food with many options. Pasta was al dente, as advertised. Service was friendly and generally attentive.
FRIENDLY STAFF AND CREW, VERY EASY COMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE, CLEAN AND AIRY ENVIRONMENT.
Disappointing meal at Serafina 105. I enjoy many of the Serafina restaurants around the city, but this one was disappointing. My pasta was over cooked and the chicken was chewy. Their wines weren’t very good. I won’t be going back.
Really enjoyed the food and attentive service we received at our Sunday morning brunch last weekend. Very good for a family with young children.
Went to Serafina with a neighborhood friend and we enjoyed it very much. The food is good -- but the artichoke salad is spectacular. Pizzas and pastas are great and the menu has something for everyone. Our server was friendly and attentive. The prices are right. Will definitely return.
Average food, nice service, average ambiance, a little high-priced for such average-ness.
I would not care to return but have a friend in the neighborhood and if this place pleases her, I'll order only a small pizza.
Best bet--stick to the basics here.
I live the gnocchi and spaghetti bolognese here. It’s delicious! Of course, they don’t always get my order correct. That has happened at least twice before and it happened on this occasion too. The waitstaff is slow and not very attentive but certainly friendly. The olive oil at the table with bread is delicious. I will buy a bottle next time.
Food was tasteless. My guests had the same reaction. Also, when plates were delivered it was a complete mess. Of there 7 of us noone got the correct meal! Also some drinks arrived that were not ordered. I do not plan on returning.
Had dinner with friends. Food, service, ambience good. Menu options (pasta, vegetarian. pizza, meat, etc.) Noisy in a good way. Reasonably priced and a great addition to neighborhood @ Broadway and 105th).
The food was subpar. The carbonara barely had any flavor besides egg 😐 and needed salt. They only delicious thing I had was the buratta with prosciutto.
Service was poor. We repeatedly waited to have our water refilled. The restaurant was much too noisy -- very difficult for everyone at our table of 6 to hear each other.
I took my wife here for her birthday and we had a wonderful time. Exceptional food and service!!!
