We asked for our steaks medium rare. It came out well done and so the waiter took it back. The second time it was still well done but we just wanted to eat. The food was otherwise nice and the waiter was apologetic.

A friend and I really enjoyed our end of Summer dinner at Sequoia. I hadn't eaten there in MANY years. I can't imagine why I haven't been back recently. It's a wonderful restaurant with excellent, attentive service and fine food. We took advantage of the Restaurant Week menu (which is a great deal). The ceviche was lovely - fresh and bracingly tart and a bit spicy. The wine list is short but has something for most tastes and wallets. The view of course is exquisite. I'll be back soon!
