Great experience today for a business lunch. More quiet than usual but it was great. Jennifer our server was celebrating her 20th year and she was extremely good,friendly and professional. Food excellent! Service excellent !

Our waitress Stacey was exceptionally pleasant and attentive, unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about our order and we didn't get the happy hour meals we had hoped. This caused our meal to be 2x more expensive than we wanted. Not to mention we had far too much food than we wanted.

When we arrive, the restaurant was empty and we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated at a table. When we sat down, it took about 10 minutes before our server came to our table and she spoke so quietly none of us could hear her. We eventually were able to order our meal. We asked our server about the difference in size in between a regular and a social size of a Caesar salad salad for three people to share it and she said that the regular size would be enough when it came. It was enough for one person and she said oh it’s usually bigger than that she didn’t know why we got such a small salad so we returned it and got a social size salad. Our meal came probably 20 minutes after all the people around us got their meal, even though they sat down after us. It was absolutely not the service that I had expected to receive from this restaurant after being at the Sherway location twice in the last month and the service was great and timely and we didn’t have to continually look for our weight staff like he did last night. It was just overall not a pleasant experience

Alyssa was FANTASTIC. She really ensured that my friend and I were taken care of throughout the evening. Not once did she rush us, just genuine care for her customers and we really appreciated it. Alyssa is very lucky to be apart of your team! Thank you again.

We had a reservation, but the host or serve us separately to two different table. It cost trouble to find each other. And it should not happen in your mature dining place

Oh my GOODNESS. My husband and I came to dine in on Labor Day for an impromptu date night! A lot of restaurants were closed for the holiday, and there were only a few open in the area we wanted to go to. To be honest, I had dined at Scaddabush by Square One a few times with my then boyfriend (now husband) a long long time ago. Our food experience wasn’t so great. The food was mid, but the vibes were always good! So I wasn’t expecting too much. When I say you guys proved me wrong, OMG. We ordered the Meatball to start which was probably finished in record time, and then came our mains. My husband ordered the Sophia Pizza and I ordered the Shrimp and Chicken with Herbed Pasta. I cannot tell you how delicious it was! The Pasta was cooked in this buttery, herby sauce with sundried tomato’s and chilli’s which also coated the shrimp and chicken. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and the chicken was so good but the star of the dish for me was the pasta! The Sophia was so delicious with the creamy buttery Alfredo and the CRUST! You guys did it! It was delicious. We both had food coma, and couldn’t stop talking about the food! We will definitely come back! Like next weekend! To the chefs, BRAVO! Delicious! Thank you!
