We were sat immediately! Service was okay, just a little slow for only beer and appetizers. Food was delicious! But upstairs there was a heavy scent of sewage that made it kind of hard to enjoy yourself the whole time. Maybe get that cleared up!!

The food was a little bland but good overall. The buffalo shrimp was very good.

We had been there one other time, so we knew the environment and that the noise level was a little higher than what we typically like. But it wasn't bad at all. We were a table of five and were easily able to carry on a conversation without yelling. The food was excellent. Some of the appetizers and menu items are unique. We had southwest egg rolls, which were excellent. The prices were very reasonable for a downtown restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed it and would return.

I expected a more diverse menu and beer selection. Burgers were a lot of bun and small patties.

The Sweet Tea Chicken was amazing. A large portion that can be shared. Anyone who travels to Savannah needs to go to the Taphouse and try this dish. They also have a great selection of beers. The service was really good as well.

Took while to get seated even with a hostess (who disappeared). Thank God for our server who cleaned a table and got us seated. She was amazing! Especially considering it looked like she was working tables downstairs and upstairs. Food was good, but they were out of mash potatoes which was disappointing because that’s what people were raving about. Drinks were delicious!

This is the second time in 2 weeks we went here with an open table reservation & they had no table for us. The first time a friend my the reservation & this time just us. Will not return here. A poorly run restaurant. All kids working with no management in site. Reservations mean nothing there. Open Table should drop them.

We would not recommend this restaurant. My husband, daughter and i went to eat here. We ordered off the standard menu (chicken pita dish, chicken crabcake dish, and a bean veggie burger)they were out of all 3 dishes we wanted. We ordered alternatives and one of those meals also wasn’t available. Later, one of the meals didn’t arrive with the others. About 10 minutes later we were told they were out of the dish, too. During this time, we had to switch booths 3 times. Something was dripping from the pipes above our heads on us. The worst was that I wound up ordering (as my spur of the moment alternative) grilled mahi over a salad. When it arrived the fish was grey and had a weird texture. I had a few bites of the fish and didn’t want to eat more. I shouldn’t have eaten it at all. I had an upset stomach afterwards. Ps: The waitress was very gracious and we felt bad for her.

Server nice but didn’t bring us plates, utensils, or napkins. Had to get up 3x to ask myself. 3 food items out of stock too. But overall good for our group.

We stopped in on a Wednesday night for dinner. The place was packed and very loud, but it's a bar/restaurant so that was expected. We made a reservation the day before, which is recommended, so we were immediately seated in a nice corner booth. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. She was the only witness for a large area with many tables, but she still managed to provide excellent service. I had the Sweet Tea Fried Chicken and it was amazing! The most tasty fried chicken I've ever eaten! Highly recommend. They also had a nice selection of draft beers. I recommend the Wicked Weed Dark Arts which is VERY strong but excellent flavor. Overall, great food and great service. Just don't go if you want to talk to your date. That may be a little difficult.

Food arrived 45 minutes after we ordered. It was cold, burger was over cooked, a salad was missing. Just generally a pretty poor experience.

We needed to cancel our reservation. For some reason we couldn’t do it on the app. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and could never get through

Wouldn’t honor our reservation. Limited food menu due to St. Patrick’s Day weekend but even burgers you couldn’t ask for medium - all done well. Out of several draft beers. Plenty of open tables but limited staff. Overall a disappointment.

They did not have our reservations we made through open table. They were out of a few items on the menu.
