This is the first Saltgrass restaurant that I have had issues with. I've been to numerous locations, so I was surprised how disappointed I was. We were seated before the rest of our party arrived, which was fine, but the waiter kept pestering us to order an appetizer and asked what drinks our friends wanted even before they got there. I'm not sure what was happening in the bar area, it took 15-20 mins to get our drinks- every single time. Then they ran out of appropriate glassware for the type of alcohol drinks that were ordered. It got busy, fine, but the service just got slower and slower, like there was not enough staff. The food wasn't as hot as it should be, like it had been sitting for awhile, waiting for someone to bring it. Just really disappointed in the service.

This place is always great especially for happy hour appetizers & drinks plus early dining menu before 6 pm. This is our go to place plus rewards with Landry’s & also a bonus of getting a reservation with open table. We love Salt Grass!

The hostess knows me well and set me at my favorite table without even asking. The filet was good, I ordered it medium well and was hoping it'd be a bit more pink in the middle. It was also a bit under seasoned but nothing a touch of salt couldn't take care of. The only complaint I had was that the waiter charged me double for the wine I ordered. I asked for a house wine and because he didn't know what a house wine was he grabbed a more expensive glass and charged me much more than normal. I pointed this out and he didn't offer anything to except an apology. Otherwise, still one of my favorite Steakhouse chains and I will be back in the future.

I arrived early and was accommodated immediately. The Customer services was great and my waiter, Lye was very knowledgeable about the menu being this was my first time at this specific restaurant. The environment was clean, the tables were clean, and everyone was nice and courteous. I will be making another visit to this wonderful restaurant.

Had to send my chicken back is was room temp…fellow table mates steaks weren’t much warmer. Took a long time for my chicken to get recooked..everyone else was through eating….never a good ex..wonder why I keep going back?
