   I was there 15 minutes before my reservation.The front desk told me I will be seated soon.We waited and in the meantime a lot of people were.coming in and were seated.Like 20-30 minutes later I approached the front desk and he said he didn't have any tables available and doesn't know when one will be free.I decided to leave.Found this to be very disrespectful and I won't patronized anyone with such poor communications skills ,nor will recommend anyone to that place.Very bad precedent for a supposedly Michelin star whatever

   Even though it’s not a Michelin star restaurant, there’s definitely the experience there. Amazing drinks! Tastes of food that leaves that desire for more. If there were 6 stars I would rate it as such.

   La comida estuvo muy buena , podías sentir los diferentes sabores y texturas de la comida. El servicio excelente muy atentos , Yo me pedi un jugo de sandia que estaba espectacular super refrescante , un poco chico para mi gusto y costo . En general todo estuvo muy lindo y bueno . Pedimos la pizza de Salmon la masa se deshacía en la boca y el sabor deli. Los taquitos igual muy ricos y pedimos NY strip la textura suave y el sabor delicioso.

    This was my second time dining. The food is wonderfully prepared and delicious. I don’t mind waiting for my food to come out but 2 1/2 hours was a bit much. It doesn’t come out not all at once which is fine but my waiter Thomas waste too much time chatting with tables and neglecting others. Just because a table is unaware of the no alcohol policy unless you bring from the outside is no reason to spend all night catering to them and neglecting others. We were so ready to leave that we did not look at the check and was not told that a service fee is added. Nor did Thomas bring back the itemized check when we signed for payment. Shame on you Thomas! Hopefully the hard working young lady with the long single braid was able to get a portion of Thomas tip and service fee. She cleared our table promptly and was very professional in the dinning room all night. My last point regarding Thomas is he should wear an apron and I will not bother to expand on that.

    The setting is beautiful and has plenty of free parking or valet. The table was lovely and I really liked the pattern on the teacups and plates. There was a piano player and that was nice however our table was the first one right by the lobby and it was quite loud. The food was overall good but nothing amazing. I do give credit to a very tasty scone though. However the desserts were not good. The two tarts, a berry and a lemon were runny and did not seem to be cooked properly. Our server was very nice but it was busy and sometimes we felt forgotten. Overall it was just ok for me.

    Always an exceptional experience at the Ette Hotel. Staff is very attentive and our server (she was Australian, don’t recall her name) was excellent. Mocktails are a must try and the food is delicious. Overall ambiance is great. This is the place to go for an extraordinary experience and for special occasions and celebrations - highly reccomend.

    Myself and coworkers dined in at this amazing establishment on the evening of May 6th. We were greeted by wonderfully pleasant staff and seated right away. Everything was amazingly delicious from the mock tails to the twisted cheesecake to top it off! As an appetizer, I personally had the Wagyu Tacos— get it, thank me later! Highly recommend the New York strip! It was literally cooked to perfection— get the black truffle salt, is so delicious! Our experience could not have gone as amazing as it did service wise without Thomas. He provided great recommendations and was able to answer all of our questions! His personal attestations on the dishes he tried, convinced us to try one of everything he recommended and we are so glad we did! Thomas was patient, personable and had a smile throughout! We appreciate your time and amazing service to us Thomas. If Akira Back is reading this, know that having great servers such as Thomas makes the food and experience that much more enjoyable! 100/10 would recommend! We plan on visiting again, VERY soon! ;)

    Amazing restaurant. Salt & the Cellar is just one of the best restaurants in Orlando. The food is superb and the service is top notch. Thomas was our server tonight and he is the best. He is on top every detail. He had an unexpected, pleasant detail with my son that was celebrating his going to senior year day. Salt & the Cellar is always consistent in every aspect.

    Great experience overall. The staff was great, very friendly an knowledgeable of their menu. Paul did an amazing job with recommendations. The mocktails were great, very refreshing. Being able to bring your own alcohol was a little awkward but a great option. The food tasted amazing, it was a bit expensive in compared to the portion size. Loved that they encourage family style eating. Definitely try the tuna pizza even if you don’t eat raw fish you will not regret trying this. The ambiance was great, the lighting, the music. A tasting menu would take this restaurant to the next level. Looking forward to trying out their second restaurant.

    The food and service were amazing! Thomas our waiter was the best! The menu is diverse and everything was incredible. Even the non-alcoholic mocktails are a fun treat. As you would expect from a Michelin Chef, some of the entrees are pricey but perfect for a special occasion.

    Absolutely loved it! My second time dining here, my first time for dinner. The Tuna Pizza was incredible. As was the filet and sushi. We didn’t love the dover sole, it was a little too boozy tasting which overpowered the dish. But, everything beyond the Dover sole was exceptional the flavor, the presentation, the plating, our servers, and all the specialty drinks…. spectacular! Can’t wait to come back!  it was a full sensory experience  and you definitely don’t feel like you’re in Orlando and this cool, hip, fresh, and elegant space!

    My daughter (26) and I had their High Tea experience and greatly enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, informed, incredibly helpful and all around lovely. We had our pick of well curated teas and a selection on sandwiches, scones and sweets. We ordered 2 of their over the top “mock tails” just for fun. They were expensive but tasty and fun. Would recommend and can’t wait to try their regular menu.

    After an amazing dinner experience, we tried the high tea. To say that everything was perfect, is an understatement. Every last bite and sip exceeded our already high expectations.     Well we were seated outside on Sunday because it is high tea service. Lots of Nnats getting in our water gross. Had to wait for snooty Mr. Stacey to tell us we would have to wait a half an hour to be seated, they didn't serve until noon. Ok, but no water in the lobby, just left there. Noon comes and they start seating other patrons. Now we're brought outside, lots of annoying bugs, wait a long long time for any good and the crab was old, and expensive. Steak was tough and undercooked. No soy sauce took 10 minutes to finally get. At this point we're done. Very pricy not good food quality. Waitresses we're pleasant. Not worth the high ticket at all. Hard pass do not recommend or endorse.

    Every item on the menu was amazing from the delicious mocktails (especially when the server added the tequila that I brought) The eggplant dish is a work of art All of the culinary creations feature herbs from the in house grow house cared for by their own personal gardener. The ambiance and attention to detail had me feeling like I was in Chef Akira Backs kitchen in his personal home

    Let me say that normally I never take time to write a review but was so excited to go but then was so let down that I had to write..This was an anniversary dinner. No one mentioned that it was our anniversary even though it was stated on reservation plus we asked for a booth which my wife had no back to her seat. Definitely not romantic setting at all. It was so loud that you could not have a decent conversation and could not hear the waitress when she explained the menu..Regarding the food, he cod had bones, and the sushi tempura was mediocre at best(Shrimp tasted like it had been frozen, not warm). Our server was very nice but all the staff seemed to have a sense to rush us even though we waited a long time to get each plate. Literally clearing plates before we were completely finished.. The restaurant has the potential to be a very nice destination but they seriously need to reevaluate the mission for value, and quality of product. Very disappointed.
