   Food & service were both great - dining area felt a little strange though. We were facing a large empty area everyone would walk through to serve food or go to the bathroom.

   The food was good. Our server was efficient. However, our reservation did not seem to mean much. We had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated, which sounded like the same wait for people without reservations. The manager comped us a glass of wine for the long wait. But since we had a late reservation the kitchen was closing shortly after we were seated so we felt a little rushed to make selections and get our order in.

   Tables are too close together! Service wasn’t that great! Our salad was forgotten to be served! We had it after our main meal.

   Had a great time at Prime. The food was outstanding, as were the drinks. The service was on point and our waiter was attentive to our needs. Will definitely be returning here in the near future.

   This was our third time dining at RW Prime at Resorts NYC, and I must say all was well until our encounter with the manager Anthony regarding some questions I had about the bill and my dining credit. He was rude, curt and very disrespectful. One of his responses when my sister asked his name was "what else do you need my address and social security number?" This was the straw that brok the camel's back. Not to mention we waited to speak with him about 20 minutes and he approached the table like we were bothering him. In all, our waiter was excellent, the food and service was excellent and the ambiance was great but we will not be visiting this establishment again. If the manager feels that this was a way to treat customers then this is definitely not the place for me, my family, friends and my followers!

   Appointment for 6:45pm and no one at the front to bring you to the seat till 7:10. The bus boy deliver the bread without serving water and have to wait 30 minutes for the waitress to take our order. No one really care about the service and they take 20% of the tips . I can say they need more expert waiter and busboy. I need some attention to my tables. I have to wait more than 10 minutes to get me the bill.

   Dined here numerous times, hardly had any situation, but last night, they were not spot on this go around. First off they said they never got our reservation from Open Table and said they have been having problems with them. Was seated with a very short wait, which was good. Granted a holiday weekend but understaffed, long wait to have waiter come to table. Some people left prior to being served drinks, we were going to as well, but didn't. Wine glass had particle attached to inside of glass, had it replaced. Waiter sweating profusely being overworked. Felt horrible for staff as they were doing the best they could have done under these circumstances. Patrons around us were very obnoxious, scrolling through cell phone ring tones loudly at table, etc. Food came out and it was superb! Again, a very off night and management should have accommodated with ample staff on hand.

    Chef Kieth prepared a crab meat stuffed salmon special that was delicious. Service from Walter was five stars as always. Enjoyed our evening at the restaurant.
