We came to the restaurant to celebrate a special occasion and had been looking forward to this evening and meal for several months. Due to a seating issue, we actually left the restaurant before we even ordered (fully prepared to leave a negative review). However, one of the managers, Mickey, recognized the problem and quickly called us, inviting us back in, offering to make it up to us, which they did very well. We were seated at a different table with the ambience we were looking for with a great waiter. The food was outstanding, and they even comped us our appetizer and drinks. They went the extra mile and rescued our special evening, for which we were very appreciative. Their effort and success in turning it around definitely deserve acknowledgement and our recommendation. Thank You!

Outstanding service provided by Kacie! From soup to nuts she made our dining experience very memorable! The manager was also extremely gracious in visiting our table and relaying the history of Ruth's Chris to my dining compainion. A wonderful evening, well spent!

I went to Ruth Chris to celebrate my birthday. We had an amazing time. Every item from the bread to our appetizers to the entree was delicious. Even the picky eaters cleaned their plates. On the way home, everyone commented on how wonderful the experience was, especially the ambiance.

Specifically, Trayvonna and Ciera was wonderful! They were personable, attentive, and knew the menu! This was our first time and we were not impressed with the food especially for the price. The lobster bisque was, unfortunately, awful! I’m pretty sure the chef would agree! The filet was mediocre and the sweet potato casserole was too sweet. There was more topping than there was sweet potatoes. The Brussels sprouts were okay, but should have some pecans and bacon and feta cheese added. Try it; it’s amazing! Your customers will love it! The salmon my sister had was amazing! The cut, the way it was cooked, and the sauce was MUAH!!!! I loved the asparagus and my dessert; the crème brûlée!

Our ribeye steak was well cooked, how we liked it and very delicious. The sides (asparagus, cesaer salad, and mashed potatoes) were equally delicious and big enough for two of us to share. Their mocktail and French press coffee were so good and we ended our meal with the apple crumble dessert. Highly recommend. The service and ambiance, also top notch! Can’t wait to be back!

Let's be clear: we had a great meal and have no serious complaints. It was very loud as the active bar area is not set off enough from the dining room. Service was good and another server seamlessly moved in and served us as our server got caught up with something as the food arrived. Good teamwork on their part. I don't have a problem with the price for a good steak restaurant, but there's a bit of a lack of elegance due to the noise.

We had yet another exceptional experience at the Ruth’s Chris Odenton location. Their staff works like a well oiled machine! We have dined many times at this location but our server, Joseph was in another league. He truly made the night perfect and we are so thankful for his professionalism, attention to detail and going the extra mile for our son’s 16th birthday! Everyone on staff was also vigilant about a very severe food allergy that we had in our group and we felt very safe. I noted the allergy on the reservation, spoke to the host ahead of our reservation and everyone was on alert upon arrival. Thank you again for your service. Kudos to the manager for running such a wonderful restaurant that never feels like a chain.

We haven’t had a girls outing in a while. We wanted something not so noisy and upscale. The relaxed ambiance was amazing. The music was nice and soft. The view inside was amazing . Our waiter Ashley (if I spelled that correctly) was so nice and did not rush us at all. We came 2/20/2023 at 9:45pm for a late reservation. The manager on duty was so kind even though we were the only people in there. The staff that came pass were so friendly and no one seem to be in a rush or rushing us . We were able to relax and enjoy our experience. We even overheard the bartender that night help a arguing couple at the bar. We were elated to hear his wisdom. We didn’t catch his name we tried to mind our business lol Food was superb. Seasoned well. Portion size was amazing. The salmon was good as well although no pictured. It was so fresh! Never had salmon taste like that with whatever sauce that was used. I love to get my money’s worth. The tea was nice and strong . The choices are the best you can pick from. You don’t find that combination of all the professional service and late reservation in one place. Thank you so much! We will dine again ..earlier this time lol.

Pandemic must have ruined this place. Went from one of the best steak houses in the area to the worst. We came here about 3 years ago and it was excellent. Now....Horrible service! Management should be fired asap. A great restaurant will make everyone feel comfortable regardless of their background. Our waitress, C----- wasn't trained in how to talk to customers or something. She never asked us how our food was. I had to send others to track her down a couple of times. She was also very condescending trying to make excuses for why our lobster bisque tasted terrible. I don't care what the base is, it's disgusting (it really doesn't taste great). If a customer doesn't like something, take it back without discussion. At the end she rushed us out (8:30), offering to wrap up our dessert to go?? WTF? Am I at Denny's? As far as the food, they were out of New York strips. So I got the ribeye. Seemed smaller than 12oz but was ok. The Lyonnaise potatoes, however, were burnt and so salty I couldn't eat it. I asked for mashed potatoes instead and they were out (shocker) . This place was not much better than Cheesecake factory with 4X the price tag. Super loud bar crowd, definitely didn't make it seem like a $100+/person place. Stick to Morton's or S&W. Hell, go to Texas Roadhouse for better food and service.

Excellent food and wine at a dear, however expected price. It’s in a bit of a strange industrial location. There is an massive amount of ample parking right in front of the restaurant, however it is all reserved for valet parking. Using valet is nice when in a downtown location. This is not a downtown location.
