   Overall our dining experience was pretty good. Our server Mary was great. The crab beignets were delicious. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection. The seafood tower was good, but I wish their sauces were better. Crab legs were cut open and lobster was partially cracked. The only thing we weren’t crazy about were the drinks. My margarita was very watered down and my husbands French 75 lacked flavor. We will definitely be back, but will maybe look into a bottle of wine instead of cocktails.

   We have been loyal Ruth's Chris customers for 25+ years. This past weekend our meal consisted of two bowls of lobster bisque, an 11 oz. Filet Mignon and one Short Ribs, two vegetables (creamed spinach & Au Gratin potatoes), and two drinks (regular martini/one glass of the least expensive wine). The cost was almost $250 with tip. We don't see the value anymore when there are too many other fine dining establishments in the Baltimore market with great food at half this cost. Ruth's Chris was always our "go to" restaurant for special occasions, but it has hit the tipping point where the food and service are just not worth the cost anymore.

   This was our first time dining at a Ruth's Chris Steak House in an unusual location. I did not understand why a fine dining restaurant was located next to the Odenton MARC Station but the experience was outstanding. Our food was great and Lillian, our server, was very attentive and did a great job. I really appreciated the black Sambuca to end my meal. We plan on returning in the future given that it is close to our home. Thanks for a great evening!

   The service was awful. Our server never checked in to see how our meal was. It took her a long time to come back to take the order. The manager turned the music off while there were a good amount of tables still eating and the TVs. For the money you pay the experience should be much better.

   Fantastic service, fantastic food (with a much wider selection than at other Ruth’s Chris restaurants), a wonderful ambiance, and flower petals for a special occasion. Definitely the sort of place any who can afford it should go if they want to acknowledge something special.

   We enjoyed our meal to the 10's. Tyra was magnificent and an extremely professional server. The meal was perfect, and we were pleasantly surprised with the $49 and $59 three-course meals. There's no need to feel obligated to spend $100 or more per person with these specials. It has been a while since my last visit to RCSH, and we won't let that happen again.

    Had been a long time since I've been to Ruth's Chris and I wanted to see how if my memories of my first great experience held up for a second time. The food was very good and my steak was cooked perfectly. Service was as as expected for a high end restaurant but not exceptional. I think it's worth a trip for a special treat since everything is quality. I do think there are other restaurant experiences I have had that are equivalent for a lower cost so the value is pretty average. But the steaks are great and the service is good so worth a trip to find out for yourself. I would go back but not on a regular basis.

    Took my wife for Mother's Day. Was not as busy as I thought they would be. Service was outstanding as usual. Though busy our server Cat was accommodating and pleasant. All in all a great experience. Forgot to mention we dined at the Odenton location.

    Great spot for Mother's Day 2023. Seated outside on the porch and it was 75 degrees and breezy. The Ruths' Chris signature fixed menu was excellent and the four of us ordered that special. Good service. Food was hot and served on time. Total time at the restaurant was 5:30PM-7:30PM.

    There wasn’t a wait to get in because we had reservations. However, it took over two hours for the the food to come out. Once the food did come out it was apparent that it had sat for a while. All of the steaks we ordered were prepared incorrectly. We seen people come and go on the other side of the room while we were still waiting for bread and a soda to come out. We’ve been to this location other times and were very pleased. We are very disappointed.

    I was disappointed with several things I experienced at this Chris Ruth’s restaurant. I had a reservation but still had to wait 15+ minutes before seating. Standing all the time while waiting. My husband is disabled and I have a back problem. Once seated, we were served well by our Server Thomas. However, I selected the Short Rib of Beef. It was fatty and not cooked well. I had difficulty chewing. The gravy was outstanding! Next, there was a party of three sitting to the back of the room that kept playing music and occasionally singing like they were giving voice lessons. I guess my expectation of a 5Star Restaurant will have to change post-pandemic. Disappointing!

    Wonderful experience. Melanie and her staff were incredibly accommodating for our party of 3. Whatever we needed they made happen (e.g. private area for business discussion, after dinner refreshments on the patio, etc.). Will definitely reserve another dinner there.

    Wanted a special evening with my family to celebrate our shared birthday, my boyfriend and myself. We were put in a busy room with lots of children and a baby. It was very bright and the temperature in the room was extremely warm. We ordered the Tomahawk steak, very average for a $160 steak. We wanted to take the bone home, however, it was taken back into the kitchen, not to be seen again. Our waitress was great and tried to make sure we were taken care of, especially with the lack of support for her as she juggled multiple busy tables. The ‘cocktails’ were also very lack luster. A one and done visit from our family, we expected more especially paying a $500 for 4 people. The Ruth Chris experience, an alleged renowned steakhouse, is not a place we will be recommending to our friends, family or colleagues.

    Food was good, service was unbelievably slow. Took over 1 hour to receive our meal from the time we sat down and the food delivered to the table. We had no alcohol and a simple appetizer of onion rings (which was delivered in 30 minutes). It even took 15 minutes to get the check and they were marginally busy.
