Very disappointed. Table of five. Took forever for us to get service for our table. This was a Thursday night. The dining room was quiet, back dining room had party. When we finally did place orders we still had to wait for water and drinks and bread. Food with just OK. Three lobster bisque, one onion soup. Three had steaks, which they liked. Two of us had salmon, one with scallops very dry and overcooked. The other salmon they made a mistake on the way it was cooked and it did not come out until we were all done with our meal. Yes, they comped us for the salmon, but this is unacceptable at a restaurant that’s so pricey. Baked potatoes, hard as a rock. Waitress tried to be personable, but came off as sarcastic. Probably won’t return.

I went for an early dinner on a Saturday night. The restaurant was relatively quiet when I first got there but grow to be noisy. We were right next to a party of 10. The service was excellent and attentive. The food was okay, but a little disappointing. Steaks were prepared as requested, but my t bone was tough and chewy. Not what I expected, though my guests fill a Mignon, was excellent. Overall, a good experience. But food was mixed.

I love this place and we’ve been coming to Ruth’s Chris for years in various locations . My issue was with the price fix menu which i don’t typically order from . In the past , someone with a seafood allergy like myself would be able to upgrade the steak from a 6oz to an 8oz by omitting the shrimp . They would not allow me to do this , clearly if you have an allergy they don’t care . So instead i paid to upgrade the steak and clearly didn’t get the shrimp since i can’t eat it. Lastly the steak had to be sent back because it wasn’t cooked correctly. Overall service was great but not being allowed to substitute a dish that myself and I’m sure hundreds of customers are allergic to is a huge negative .

Always great, steak is perfect every time. Never feels crowded. Although it’s a chain / franchise, they consistently do EVERYTHING all the local steak houses try to do on a regular basis
