   The night of our reservation it was so windy it was unbearable. We sat in the main area then moved the bar to have a drink and assess our next move but the bartender wouldn’t wait on us. People started leaving due to wind and cold temperature. You’d think they would go out of their way to get people stay. The place was cool looking but no dice on a windy night. Disappointed.

   The view is all you need. Not really a restaurant, more like a bar with small plates and Sushi. Lots of young people partying. Great for night life but bring a sweater, since the wind really kicks up. Again, the view is spectacular.

   They didn't have our reservation listed. There was an event so they didn't have food and suggested us we take a taco buffet and open bar for 60$ per person after they made us sit so close to the live band on a couch without table without possibility to even talk to each other. When asked to be moved somewhere else they said there was no space. Horrible experience, we left and went to eat somewhere else.

   Amazing views of course, food was good staff were friendly but it’s quite dark at night where we were tabled and eating dinner, quite pricey too but the overall ambience make it a must see at least once if you’re in the area

   Reservation for 7 were made and confirmed 3 weeks prior.. Confirmed reservation again 5 days before arriving to Mexico and confirmed again the day of. Took a 40 minute taxi ride, to be told when we arrived that the restaurant is closed for a private event. I asked to speak to the f&b manager. When I told him the situation, he shook his head no, and said there is no way we had a reservation. I had to show him my updated emails for the reservation to get him to believe me. He ended up getting us a table at the brewery on site, which unfortunately, the food was terrible. Frustrating experience!

    Not what we expected at all. We were looking for a dining experience at a table not a bench with a coffee table on the veranda with no overhead lighting at all. We were virtually in the dark on a porch eating in our laps. A very frustrating experience.

    DO NOT SUPPORT THIs PLACE! We had made a reservation months out for my birthday night. We got all dressed up and paid a taxi to get there. When we arrived we were told our reservation was cancelled 1 hour ago and that they had a private event. First off, if you had a private event you should have blocked off the date and not let us make a reservation. We asked if we could have a side table since we were really looking forward to seeing the amazing views and celebrating my birthday. They said, the magazine that had bought out the rooftop paid a lot of money so they did not care and that we needed to leave. I do not recommend this place since the service was so rude. We asked if they could get us reservations somewhere else since they had cancelled us so last minute and trying to find dinner at a nice restaurant at prime dinner time would be hard. They just said no and again just said leave. We ended up going to Italian job. Italian job had amazing food and great customer service!

    Rooftop 360 has amazing views. Great for drinks or dinner at sunset. Perfect for date night or fun fot drinks with a group. Edy and Erick took great care of us w taking photos at sunset, providing gear lamps and blankets all around as needed.

    We made reservations, but waited a very long time to be seated. They were very confused and just sat us at a table that basically just had a coffee table for our dinner. It took so long to order that we decided to close our tab and go elsewhere. Then it took a bit to get a couple drinks off of our tab that never arrived. However, the ambience was AMAZING! Go for drinks, not for food. They have heaters and blankets for you. And the view was insane! That alone made this place worth dealing with a little bit of slower service.

    What an amazing location and ambience. Of course, the views were spectacular. And the decor and classy arrangements of tables, lounges, and the bar are flawless. The food options are simple, easy portion sizes, expensive/exclusive, and the service was excellent, if a little inattentive. I appreciate that about the service, because they did not hover or bother. They observed and allowed us to enjoy the views undisturbed and made sure the quality of beverages, and food was the best. I believe this is not a casual hangout but is an excellent business lunch/dinner location for clients, lovers, couples, and exclusive events for families and associates. We went on a quiet evening, and it was perfect for our group of six weary travelers to start out our vacation. From the professional valet and impressive lobby, to the host, bartenders servers, this place is 9 out of 10. Due to the potential for high end clients, a more engaged guide to greet people at the elevator and explain the location, and greet reservations would be a worthy classy addition.

    We really wanted to love this place. The views and vibe is amazing. They had a small army of staff but the service was beyond poor. We went early, made a reservation so we could see the sunset. That did not disappoint. No one greeted us when we arrived. We had to search someone down to be told to sit anywhere. This is the first time I have never tipped in my life.

    El ambiente, la comida, las bebidas y la vista siempre son buenos. De nuestros lugares favoritos hasta que antes de salir por elevador nos pidieron que devolviéramos la pequeña vela de LED que colocan en la mesa cuando oscurece. Hubiera sido perfectamente razonable si la hubiéramos tomado nosotros, pero la había retirado de la mesa nuestro mesero. Antes de acusar a los comensales es mejor verificar la información internamente con el equipo.

    Nice restaurant overseeing the best views in Cabo San Lucas! I had dinner with my children and they loved it. Sushi, sliders, steak and dessert were perfect. But the best was our server very gentle and kind man.

    Amazing views and vibe by the pool at night. We didn’t realize there was another entire area in front with tables. Service was poor. We got in one drink order and food order and then no one ever came back. We wanted more cocktails and water would’ve been nice. We had to track someone down to get the check. Obviously, we were sitting on he wrong side facing the ocean. Spectacular views but sadly service fell short there. We loved the decor and chill atmosphere. The food was good and so were the cocktails. We would definitely go back and sit in the front where there was service. We sadly realized it was there as we were leaving

    Simply the best in Cabo! We had the salmon sushi and taco trio which were both delicious along with excellent specialty cocktails! The 360 view is to die for from every inch of the rooftop, including the infinity pool!

    As we walked into Rooftop 360, we were not greeted so roamed around until we decided to approach the worker at the bar. She was totally distant and then told us we could sit wherever we like. Place is beautiful with nice music and amazing ambiance. Our waiters were very good, helpful and communicative. If we do not consider our initial disregard, the place is simply beautiful. Would go back with the hopes of having a better host to welcome us.
