   Superb dinner with a group of nine. They were very accommodating, fast to turn dishes around. Food was phenomenal. And Elizabeth, our server, was fantastic and explained the different dishes so well. Modern space but very comfortable. Thank you, Ronin team!

    This was our first time to Ronin, and it was a great neighborhood sushi spot! We loved our food and cocktails. Also, I would recommend sitting at the bar with Tate- he was great!

    Ronin Congress Park is a beautiful modern space, with lots of big windows and a beautiful patio in a neighborhood setting. It is the former site of 12th and Madison, a local favorite. The service is as bright and cheerful as the atmosphere. At least on Valentine's Day this year, however, the food and the prices were a major disappointment. Wine and beer were a bit pricey but the sushi was especially so, leading to an expectation of the highest quality and flavor that was not delivered. The edamame was undercooked, while the sushi, including even premium items like jalapeno hamachi sashimi, were underwhelming at best. It's possible that this was a one time holiday gouge, as there were only two sushi chefs on duty, working tirelessly for a capacity crowd. Nevertheless, $270 after tax and tip for a dinner for two is just too much for below average fare. It might have cost nearly as much at Sushi Den or Uchi, but we would have felt very differently about our experience. Either of those outstanding restaurants always leaves us feeling that we have enjoyed the highest quality and best prepared sushi. The same cannot be said for our first experience at Ronin Congress Park.

    Sat at the bar and asked Tate to pick us his favorites. We were delighted by his choices. A great meal in a cosy, inviting place. Highly recommend the “She’s So Lovely” roll.

    We love going to Ronin got date night. The food is always out of this world. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Monty was our server. She was so kind & friendly. Gave us great drink recommendations. It is one of my favorite sushi restaurants in Denver.

    Food quality excellent as always, but portions seemed small in comparison to all of our prior visits. We had the "Omakase Light" and maybe the "Light" was referring to serving size. Food artfully presented and was delicious. We will probably order items individually off the menu next time to determine if all selections have gone "Light"!

    Eli is a creative, passionate and engaging head chef who knows sushi. As a former NYC dweller, I’ve been disappointed in most sushi restaurants in Denver that people rave about (Sushi Den, etc). Eli single-handedly changed my view of the sushi scene in this town.

    Seated promptly, waitress was friendly. We were one of two tables in the restaurant at 5:30pm seating. Apps brought promptly but delivery of rolls was very much delayed. My son’s Ramen was served, and eaten, 20 minutes before my daughters one roll Was served. We didn’t receive any ginger/wasabi with our meal. Gluten allergy request was noted And honored and that was much appreciated. Bill was $300ish including tip which was steep given the amount of food served.
