Rizu Singapore is a modern Japanese dining concept located in the heart of Duxton Hill. The French and Japanese fusion cuisine available here includes several menu selections – the chef’s seven or five-course omakase, the plant-based omakase or the premium omakase – and all are crafted with precision and passion. To complement the food, you’ll also find an impressive selection of Japanese sake, premium wine and Champagne. With space for 30 guests within the intimate indoor dining room as well as 16 guests in the relaxed al fresco area – both of which are complemented by jazz music – Chef Hiroshi watanabe from Hokkaido heads up the kitchen, with his experience spanning Japan and the USA. Reservations are essential.
