   While the vibe in the restaurant is a little weird, the food and service were excellent. The restaurant struggles to define itself as either an upscale fine dining experience or a casual buffet. There were people dressed in work out clothes all the way up to business casual. The waitress was absolutely amazing and the food was delicious making it worth the expensive price tag for a special occasion.

   Going early is key, we were able to have a conversation while eating before it got more crowded and noisy. Food was top notch and the service was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone.

   This is our favorite steakhouse in the area. The food is so fresh and delicious tasting, the service, always good, and not too salty to eat like another place in the area. Several selections that I haven't found at other similar restaurants such as grilled halloumi topped with honey, grilled whole pineapple, fresh garlic bread, and beef ribs. There is also no up charge for lamb. This is one of our go-to's for a special occasion dinner!

    Been to lots of similar restaurants, with same the formula. I should say that the meat quality couldn’t be any better. And the servers, they were all over the place, paying attention to details and satisfying your needs before you ask, with that generous smile and welcoming attitude. They were so friendly that my kids, wife and I enjoyed having a chat with them all. Different cultures and stories, enjoyable moments…

    The food was good and the meat servers were very polite. The layout of restaurant was a little tight and as the evening progressed- it became even tighter. The waitress wasn’t very attentive and it was a little uncomfortable as the seating staff was constantly looked over to see if we were done. Even ant one point coming over to see if we were done or “taking a break”? I then asked her if it was time for us to go which seemed to irritate her. Considering the cost of the meal, nearly $60 per person, you would think that they would have been more welcoming to diverse clientele. I doubt if we’d go again.

    Food was great! Smokey ole fashion was awesome!! Only reason for less stars on value was the price of the ole fashions was a little high at $18 per drink. They were really good however and the bar tender was great

    Not much selection of meat. The general manager said we were broke and couldn’t afford our meal. The reason why is because we arrived at 730pm and they closed at 8pm. The staff never informed us, no one ever said last call on meat. They just started cleaning up, had to ask the waitress what was going on. I would never return. We were talked to like dogs and told we were broke and basically we shouldn’t have been there and this was all our fault according to the general manager. He said we where trying not to pay and that was not the case at all. If they would have told us they closed at 8pm we would have went somewhere else to eat. There so many other choices out there and my money spends everywhere even though I’m broke and should of never went there according to the general manager, had to ask my child to leave the restaurant and told him he was sitting a great example.

    Wonderful experience. Our server Steve, was on the spot and took time to get to know us. The food was delicious. Being able to try all the different sides and meats is like going a tour of flavor explosions. The carvers are very polite especially one that I wish we got the name of so I could praise him here. He always came by when he had the style of meat my husband likes and took time to chat a bit withbus as well. The whole dinner experience is one worth having again and again. A bit of a drive for us however it is well worth it and we will return.

    This was our second time here and for the amount of money that we spent on dinner, it was not worth it at all!! The waiters kept bringing the same selection of meats and there were only about three of them working. Very little variety compared to other Brazilian steakhouses that we have been to. It's a cute place, nice atmosphere but overall wasn't worth it!

    The food was good but the service is lacking (forgetting drink orders, taking plates before being finished, waiting for server to bring sides, waiting for gauchos to come around. The hot bar was empty of several items and not replaced. The service does not match the price point and expectations even though I know they were trying. A bit more training with servers will make a huge difference.

    This was a great experience for my family. It was MOTHERS DAY and they made sure we had all we needed. The bar menu was expanded which included collard greens! We had to wait on some because they will be gone fast. The manager bought to table. Again this was great considering a holiday!! Will be returning.

    Not what we hoped. Although the meats were excellent, the chicken wing was 'off', the sides seemed to have been sitting, and the hot vegetable was dried out. Not worth what they are charging and we think their competition does a better job and has better ambiance.

    My husband and I went to your restaurant this past weekend. To celebrate our wedding anniversary tour surprise we get there we were one of the first to get there at 12 on the dot however our wait times was horrendous. The waitress that waited on us was pleasant, but when she came to our table, we did not understand what she was saying. She was explaining something to us regarding the way things are handled and served and cannot hear her. She was whispering the whole entire time, when it was time to serve her self, our salad, the meat were not done. We were sitting at the table for a very long time. Even after we ate, we waited for a dessert for a very long time. Let’s say it was a very bad experience I think if a chef Ramsey was doing a live TV show, he would be disgusted of how long we had to wait to be served or our food experience was at zero we will not be returning back to this place

    Service was great, our waiter was Ian. Food was good, really enjoyed the pineapple. The servers with the meat were around often when we wanted them. A bit pricey but for a nice evening out we will go again.

    There are only two Brazilian Steakhouses in the Richmond area, and this by far was the best our of the two. Meats were well-cooked and very tasty with a variety of steaks, lamb and sausages. Salad bar and other sides were delicious. Excellent wine selection. Great service and hospitality too!

    Absolutely a must! Very welcoming from the hostess desk, to the server , the gauchos and the owner stopping by ..makes it feel like you are family!.. the meats are top notch, expertly prepared for your liking. Salad bar is a vast array of choices, that even a picky eater could find something amazing! Thank you again for a wonderful experience with great friends!

    Subtle exterior opens to a well appointed dining area. The salad bar is almost as good as the meats with plenty of various foods of flavors that aren't very common. The lamb, either leg or chops, is my favorite. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

    A friend and I were so excited to try this new Brazilian steakhouse. It did not disappoint. Everyone, from managers to staff greeted us, asked about preferences and offered suggestions. We more focused on the meat offerings, so I can't speak much to the salad bar though it looked more than adequate. They did not have ribs on this visit, but they were hardly missed. The servers were nice and accommodating. The bar manager, in particular, was very helpful. I'll definitely be back!
