   Food was mediocre at most. We ordered the beef tartare and tasted almost like raw ground beef. The burrata salad was ok. The Pizza dough was chewy and lacks flavors. The truffle pasta was tasty but it’s probably because of the truffle. The host was not very friendly. He actually asked for extra tip when we left! The whole restaurant was empty but they decided to seat us next to the kitchen door behind the dj where it was very dark and noisy. Go next door to COYA. Much better food.

   The restaurant is beautiful and the service, but the prices are very expensive. When you want to pay the account, the employee comes to you and asks you to pay an extra value for the service. When I do not pay, he goes and he is a rod. This movement was repeated to me three times. He is not supposed to ask for extra money. This is not civil

   This restaurant was incredibly disappointing. I expect a certain level of service that matches the other Four Seasons restaurants I have been to. However, the service received there was comparable to the service one expects of an Applebee's. I believe that the service at Applebee's is actually better. The manager here is the main issue, followed by the servers not writing down orders, then bringing you the incorrect order, insisiting it is what you ordered, and demaning you eat or drink what they bring. The manager was the main culprit of this (which is quite shocking), and he will argue you down that you ordered what they bring, and to a certain extent demand you drink or eat it. We received the incorrect order to our table (more than once), and there was never an apology, and there was nothing comped. This place really puts the Four Seasons brand to shame.

   Great place to be in , amazing decorations and amazing ambiance , drink are great The only concern which I find it awful that we have ordered to share the wagyu beef which is amazing portion but it was cooked wrong we have asked medium to well but it was cooked bad , sides where over cooked and black and middle was rare and when we informed the person who served us not even apologized or to call manager for us or even offer dessert or anything to show that u are care about ur food quality and customer satisfaction I am expecting for such restaurant customers comments to be taken seriously also restaurant was not busy like 7/8 tables max occupied

    I’ve been going to Verde for a while but my last visit I saw so much negative changes that I decided not to go back because of their way of doing business. We booked at 8.30 and as soon as we sat they told us we only allowed a couple of hours and kept on coming back to remind us. At 10pm they were rushing us again to finish our diner. Awful. We asked for medium well steak and it came very well done. The food was average. We only enjoyed the starters. We understand you have to make the most of this place because the rent is expensive but for a place like Verde you should aim for the best quality and services!

    It’s nice, the food was good and so is the service. What we didn’t like is the table time limit. After dinner and dessert you have no time to order drinks I’m not use to a high end restaurant rushing me out the door (so to speak).

    Mediocre food, no match for the price. Cocktails were ok, so we’re some of the starters, but that’s about it. Have a cocktail and maybe a pizza, save your money, or come very late when the place is more in party mode.

    I came with no hosts at the entrance .. when I went in, I saw 5 ladies all cramped in the lower level!! I asked the hostess for an ashtray and she was really rude and said (ask your waiter when he comes .. I’m not your waiter!! I believe the place is way over rated for the kind of service and staff they have

    I was celebrating my birthday with family. Even my mother ( who is hard to impress was pleasantly surprised) Beautiful atmosphere, amazing service. I recommend going out with your friends as after 10 it turns into light club / lounge with a great music! I would definitely like to come back 🍾

    We arrived at Verde really excited after a recommendation from a friend. The lady who seated us was pleasant, however the waitress that took our orders and brought us our food was less than pleasant. She seemed to be inconvenienced by us (even though the restaurant was quiet) and was rude and abrupt when we asked simple questions about the menu. We won’t be visiting again sadly.

    Horrible staff. I had my table booked for dinner and when i got there they said i had no table and they were fully booked after showing my confirmation email still nothing we were left without dinner. Rude staff at the entrance too.

    This is now my absolute favorite restaurant in Dubai. The food was fantastic and the Menu was extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. The cocktails were wow, definitely fine dining. Servers were also great and always efficient, friendly and polite. Can’t wait to return I loved this place and will continue to visit.

    we enjoyed the atmosphere of the place, decent food, quality and price. upon arrival of the bill, we paid in euros and the waiter deceived us by making us pay 120 € more. not including tip. We contacted them right away, and they replied that they noticed the mistake, but that they could give us a coupon when we returned. how disgusting Our bill was 2.670 dhiram, + tip 120 = 2800 dhiram ( in euro is 684,00€) We gave 800€ (euro) to the waiter!

    Recién llegados las recepcionistas no encontraban la reserva, así que no no quieran dar mesa . De lo contrario dejan entrar en salas todas sus supuestas amigas . Tuvimos que pelear para que al final nos concedieron una mesa súper pequeña, realmente para 2 personas , cuando nosotros éramos 3 comensales. Realmente horroroso . Pedimos un vino y no sabían servirlo . Nos llenaban las copas hasta el tope y el vino encima estaba caliente . No se porque se llevan la botella no se donde. Servicio pessimo . Al final tuvieron la cara de pedir propina . El peor lugar de mi vida
