    I booked this reservation for my younger sister and her friends, all of whom are under 18, to celebrate her birthday. Unfortunately, their experience was made extremely uncomfortable almost immediately after they sat down. Right when they were seated, another staff member filled their glasses with water, which is completely normal. Shortly afterward, their waitress came over insisting that the drink in the glass was not water. She picked up the glass, stared into it, and questioned the girls as though they were drinking alcohol. This was clear water that had been poured into a clear glass by the restaurant’s own staff. I completely understand that staff have a responsibility to ensure alcohol is not being consumed by minors. However, the way this was handled was unnecessary and embarrassing, especially considering these were clearly underage girls and the drink had literally been poured by another staff member. Unfortunately, the waitress continued to make the girls feel uncomfortable and awkward for the rest of their time there. There is absolutely a respectful way to address concerns about underage drinking, but accusing guests and scrutinizing a glass of clear water is not it. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

    The service was excellent. The ambience was excellent . The noise level was perfect. The drinks were incredible. The food was a bit salty , but the pasta was cooked very well. The shrimp was excellent the rice and chicken was phenomenal. I would definitely return. Dr D .

    Our first time dining at Reds at Square One, and it definitely won't be our last! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent,friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The steak was absolutely amazing, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The drinks were also a huge hit and complemented our meal perfectly. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. We will definitely be recommending Reds to family and friends, and we look forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommended! 🍽️🥩🍹

    Went there to celebrate my birthday last minute. I ordered the pasta and it wasn’t the best or the worst I’ve tried. Pasta didn’t have much flavour and wasn’t creamy as I expected to be. However, my friends ordered the steak and said it was tasty. Also ordered some appys: the calamari was tasty and the truffle fries were alright … didn’t expect the fries to be so thin. Yet they gave me a cute little happy birthday dessert that were shareable with my friends.

    Staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The manager, Dan, was so kind and caring. Food was so tasty and had amazing presentation. Would definitely come back!

    We had a lovely family dinner celebrating my son’s new job at Square One and an early Mother’s Day meal. The general manager took great care of us and ensured my son was able to substitute an allergy item so that I wouldn’t have to worry. The food was wonderful and staff was great. Thx for an enjoyable evening!
