A dinner at Red Lobster is normally very pleasant. But this time things were off. It was a very quiet night. If the restaurant had been super busy, that would have explained our issues. An order for one guest got mixed up — not once, but twice. When we got our bill, the shrimp scampi had been charged twice. It took a bit of time to figure out the problem. It just put a damper on our celebration. Normally, this is not the case with Red Lobster so I hope it will not happen again. I plan to meet a friend there later this month, so I’ll keep everybody posted.

Jalen was a fabulous waiter. Very polite and attentive. Unfortunately, the edamame has been removed from the salmon bowl and substituted with small slivers of "crispy" onions, making it a less healthy entree. The overhead music seemed louder than usual. Food good, as always.

I was disappointed that the entree only came with one side for $21.99. It has been possibly a year since going to Red Lobster and I don’t recall getting just one side for that same entree. I stopped going to Red Lobster because I can get more food at Connor’s on their lunch menu at a cheaper price. I only went to Red Lobster because I had a $25 gift card to use.

Food was very good service was bad but it was because they were understaffed our server did the best that she could. It was loud due to screaming kids that the store refused to do anything about.

I made a reservation for my family of 7 6 days prior to Mother's Day because my mother is disabled and I didn't want her to sit too terribly long (she broke her neck and has metal rods in her neck). We were told at least 6 times that our table was next. A family of 14 made a same day reservation 2 hours prior to the reservation and were seated before my family. When I asked what the problem was I was advised their busses was old and that the managers were helping bus tables and cook. It was 55 minutes after my reservation before we were seated. Nothing was offered to my family. It was like they were doing a favor to feed us. The food was also bland. There are too many places to eat than to treat people this way. They should've offered us a couple free appetizers or something. Ruined mine and my mother's mother's day.

We could not have asked for more than from our server, Vino, on Easter Sunday. He was so polite and professional, and an excellent server. Our meal was served in a timely manner, beautifully presented, fresh and hot, and absolutely delicious… Cooked perfectly. We very much appreciate red lobster being open on these holidays as we are a small family and no one wants to cook. Thank you for an excellent Easter Sunday dinner.

Our monthly lunch group visited here today and checked in with reception for our reservation. We were finally seated near back dining area. Food was prepared well and tasted great. Service was fine. Plan to return in the future.
