Our server was the best ever she must in total sweetheart, so we’re the bus people. It was a great family experience!

We had a dinner reservation and were seated shortly after our arrival. The staff was friendly. Our server was attentive and all of our food was served hot. Everything was delicious.

Great job for Mothers Day here. My picky eater teen enjoyed the red lobster roll, we all did, food was fresh, fast service, and we always enjoy coming here for holidays and celebrations.

Well. Much to my surprise Novi red lobster doesn’t except reservations. We we had to wait 45 min to be seated. Service was slow and out of a lot of items. Extremely dissatisfied

Food was excellent, endless shrimp. Wish biscuits were served first thing...the music was a little loud and air was too cold. Service was great and the biscuits were really fresh! Worth the wait.

At the front, we were told that they do not take the "Open Table Reservation" and we had to wait over 20 minutes. Do not use "Open Table" but "Join the Wait List" on their App instead.

Honestly the food has gone down hill over the past several years. The service is slow and even with a reservation we had to wait 30 minutes.

We had a reservation at 8 p.m for 4 people. Arrived at the restaurant at 8:08, didn’t get sat until 8:46pm and the lobby was empty. The hostess girls were laughing and joking around, constantly checking their phones instead of working. The server was slow, the food took longer than it normally should and the server kept forgetting things. We didn’t leave until 10:18pm. I don’t think i will return, at least not to that location.
