I booked 7:30 for my daughter's birthday. There were no birthday wishes, the food took forever to arrive, and the place was empty because of the time. It was clear they no longer care about late-night diners. Awful.

Requested a cake for my wife’s birthday and we didnt get one, not was sent through the app. we were sat and waiting almost 10 mins before a server get to us and i had to get someone’s attention for it. Drinks and food was quick but not the best for its value. It was a bit muggy inside. I can really tell they are understaffed or not properly trained. I don’t hate it but definitely needs improvements.

Food selection was not good. Portion was very generous but the quality of food was not good. We ordered fish and chips, the batter of the fish was so thick and only small portions of fish meat inside.. although the fish came really big but it was mostly just the overly thick batter. My husband had a bit of upset stomach the night of.

This place has always been my kids’ favourite, even as grown up kids. I guess it’s the nostalgia. Usually, the food is just mediocre, but this time, the food seems better and the portions were more than enough. The best part is our server. We forgot his name but the gentleman, who was also the bar tender at the time, was excellent and gave us honest recommendations. The only complaint is the exuberant prices! It is very expensive here for what you’re getting, more so than some fine restaurants.

Less exciting than expected. The food prices were very high for meidiocre to poor quality food. We had overcooked vegetables, cold fries and onion rings. The burger and salad served were okay, but nothing out of the ordinary. My child enjoyed the colouring book and the fish tanks. The service was good, though we were seated at a table covered in a sticky substance that the server cleaned up after being asked. The animatronics were janky and a bit freaky. I would not recommend for vegan/vegetarian folks.

Over priced even considering a tourist area. We visited because it is the only one in Canada and want to bring our kids for an experience same when we were kids but totally disappointed. The Leopard above us keeps glitching and produces weird mechanic sounds. The food is over priced and the quality is not match. My child’s steam vegetables are all carrot and cauliflower crumbs, looks like leftovers. Fries are nice.

The food was extremely overpriced, the "show" was a 60 second noise fest every 20mins. Nothing overly special for the price. With all the cost cutting and no upkeep, it does not have any value compared to any other restaurant in Niagara Falls.
