Arrived from Rome in 2014, the Mancini family decided to change their lives and embark on a new and exciting adventure in Australia. After several experiences as Chefs in Italy and also in Australia, Valentina and Otello decide in 2019 to return on the market with a singular hospitality concept that had already been successful in Rome since 2010 . Radici Pasta House, in Italian language “Radici” means roots indicating the intention to offer a cuisine deeply rooted in Italian food culture with a modern accent and an extreme attention to the overall experience. Head Chef Marco Minore, who also joined Radici Pasta House in 2019, with his menu has contributed to giving life to this project which, in addition to the particular chef table seats around the bar, represents something unique in Gold Coast and beyond.

Food at Radici is amazing - so fresh & delicious. The fragrance inside the restaurant is mouth-wateringly scrumptious.

While we cannot fault every other aspect of our dining experience, we certainly were quite shocked by the VERY HIGH PRICES OF YOUR MENUE AND DRINK ITEMS. Such prices for pasta we feel was rather disappointing.

It was by pure accident that the waiter whilst serving 2 bottles of beer that the contents went all over my wife after falling off tray and a paper bag that contained her birthday present. We were just moved to another table. I ordered Moreton Bay bugs and pasta. I think the bug shells had almost been cleaned out before serving to me. This meal had a charge of $44 I got maybe 3 forkfuls of bugs and pasta was overcooked and tasted like tin spaghetti. When I squared up the bill there was no apology at all for the drinks spilled experience or any talk about maybe some compensation. There will be no recommendations from me or the other 2 diners for the restaurant. In fact i will go out of my way to send diners to other restaurants. The bill total was $275. A lot of money to pay for a bad experience.

Service was good and food enjoyed by all our group Only minor problem was the initial booking process, could not update numbers attending on line and when speaking to staff on phone booking time was mistakenly changed by employee. Our group really enjoyed the food and would recommend this restaurant.

The location and restaurant itself is lovely and the service is very good. I didn't love the 'spaghetti alle vongole' I had for dinner and the pancetta /rocket antipasto had virtually no dressing. I found the pasta a little rubbery and the flavours didn't 'wow' me. I love seafood and pasta and I have had both in many other locations from Sydney to Melbourne and from Italy and Croatia, so I may be a little particular. Given that I didn't enjoy it a lot, I found it quite pricey. I don't think I'll be back.

Fantastic food and service! All seven of us which included two children walked away completely satisfied, which does not happen often. My 5 year old said that dinner was amazing! :)
