   One big issue: our party of 6 arrived at 8:30pm for our reservation only to be told they were running a bit behind which was no big deal, we went next door for a drink. 40 min later I went back to the hostess and was told our table is being set. We were sat 10 min later and 50min past our reservation time. This is extremely unacceptable. Food was good, but overpriced Italian. Wine was exceptional and our server was friendly, but apps were ordered, eaten and plates cleared before our server was back to take main entree orders. This is probably one of the main reasons their reservations were so far behind schedule. If you’re looking for a scene this might be the place for you, but if you’re looking for actually good Italian at reasonable prices you can pass on Quality Italian.

   Food was very good. Great take on an Italian guacamole, good fish and lobster. Waiter basically forgot about us after entrees were served. Small water glasses remained unfilled and empty throughout the night. Had cappuccino on the menu but machine was broken. Upselling on alcohol was prevalent.

   Celebrating the birth of our first grandchild!! We were greeted by a host and hostess in a very welcoming manner. Zak was our server, and he was personable and attentive. He gave us ample time to enjoy our calamari appetizer and little gem Caesar salad with our cocktails. When dinner arrived, Zak prepared at the table side a delicious sauce for my son’s ribeye! My husband and I shared the lasagna and filet mignon meatballs! We ended the evening with a wonderful tiramisu and cappuccinos! Everything was superb and we look forward to visiting Quality Italian next time we’re in Denver!!

    I don’t normally leave reviews - but Quality Italian was awesome! The service we received from the moment we walked through the door was next level. The food was amazing and the recommendations were top notch. Will be back again for sure!

    Honestly I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. It’s overbooked which leads to a hectic experience and a loooooong drawn out dinner process. Plus, why in the world is the bathroom in another building, requiring a trek into the hotel and downstairs through what looks like a parking level? The food is good but could be found elsewhere for better service, better ambiance, and lower prices. Just go to Eddie V’s.

    Quality Italian was highly recommended to us, unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. The food was mediocre, but carried a luxury restaurant price tag. The restaurant is so loud, even sitting at the smallest table no more than 12 inches away, you could not hear one another. Overall it was not a bad experience, however, for the quality of food your better off going somewhere else where the meal matches the price tag. Staff was wonderful, down to earth, near by but not overbearing.

    Gregory helped us pick an amazing claret - we loved it. Always great service, ambience and food. We got a 'bigger' bread this time and ate every single piece. SOOOO good. The calamari were great, as was the lasagna for 2. I enjoyed the spicy crab/avocado salad, and this is pretty nit-picky, but the tomatoes this time were cut into a lot larger pieces than normal, so it was harder to eat and didn't have as much of the delicious sauce. The larger pieces of tomato also didn't allow it to meld together and be as flavorful as well as normal. If I hadn't ordered it before, I probably wouldn't order it again. Thankfully I know better and hope this was just a flux.

    I have never felt so unwelcome or rushed out of a restaurant in my life. For over $400, I would like to at least finish my salad before the plate is removed while I pause to speak to my table mates. It was a very weird vibe, where I generally have a wonderful experience. Disappointing this round.

    Love the new bread they have, they use different toppings so is more cheese than garlic like before. The Cesar salad is still delicious. However, the lasagna is not as flavorful as it used to be.

    Our server Steven was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was both of our birthdays so he caught word and gave us a complimentary glass of champagne and even had us blow out candles! That level of service did it for me. And the food is really indescribable. You have to go try it and see for yourself!

    we absolutely love Quality Italian. The food, the atmosphere, the stellar service, the awesome sommelier, and everything about it!! sometimes I wonder we should try other places, when we do nothing compares. Cameron was an excellent server!

    Everything was delicious , our favorites were the Caesar Salad , Pork Chop and the Agnolotti! We didn’t care for the pasta in the spicy Lobster Rigatoni , it did not taste homemade. Great experience and ambience !!!
