   We have been watching the new Chef's Table on NetFlix about the world's best pasta chef's and my wife and I got the WORST craving for fresh pasta. So we reserached the best pasta restaurants in Denver and Quality Italian came our on top. So we made a reservation and for two house ate bite after bite of the freshest pasta with different delicious sauces, in particular the Gnocchi, Pesto, Black Truffle and spicy Lobster. Craving satisfied! I aksed Carrie, our amazing waitress if they would ever consider serving a "Pasta Sampler" on a large platter, we would come back again and again!!

   We were greeted so cordially upon arrival that set the mood for the rest of our dining! Faith took great care of our wonderful outdoor dinner. The lasagne & filet meatballs was chef’s kiss. 5 star delight.

   I’m just sick I cannot remember our waitresses name, she was young with long brown hair in a messy bun, she made our night! She welcomed us, chatted with us, as we are Raider fans from San Diego. She gave great food, wine and dessert recommendations. My husband and I ordered the special of the day Black Truffle pasta and our friend had the pesto dish on her recommendations. We had a great table, a great time and great food and drink. We were there Saturday night at 8:15.

   Most of our food was really good! Unfortunately, our waiter mixed up our gluten free order. He tried to make it right, but we didn’t have time. Overall really it!

   Food was good, not great. Pasta special was good but not $47 good. We ordered a filet. First one very chewy. They replaced it with a new one which was still chewy and undercooked. Kelly our waiter was lovely. She seemed to be serving a lot of customers. She was quite busy. The calamari, sausage and pepper appetizer and the sticky pudding were all great! Maybe next time we come for appies and dessert.
